*** UPDATED 11/05/2018***
Not updated this for a while :) Added a screenshot today from my Salford City save. Long story short, played 5 seasons with them, won the league 4 seasons, finised 2nd in Championship 5th season (therefore promoted in every season I've played). Over first 4 seasons spent a combined total of £4.8k (which was on one player!!), the rest were freebies. After first season I was predicted to finish rock bottom every season but defied the odds! This save alone proves this tactic is superb!! Also, been asked a few times for Individual player instructions. I posted these in the comments, page 14, comment number 131, BUT then it is vital you also go to page 23, comment number 230 (from Dimartino). It's vital you follow BOTH comments 131 and 230 in order to get to the tactics on OP. The results speak for themselves in the comments. To get Salford City from Vanarama National League North to the English Premier League within 5 seasons is unbelievable (and literally could not get any better)!. Hope all are using this and having as much fun as I am!
*** UPDATED 08/01/2018***

PREVIOUSLY CALLED "5-3-2, BOTH STRIKERS SCORING 50+ EACH & 30+ ASSISTS!! CONCEDING MINIMAL!!"
(The slight difference between the original tactic and the updated tactic is that there was an Advanced Playmaker originally. He's now been removed and added as another Advanced Forward, giving you 3 Advanced Forwards now. Can't change the main name of the thread!)

The reason for me changing this tactic from the original is because as much as I'd have liked the Advance Playmaker/Shadow Striker to do well, he just wasn't doing it for me, average at best majority of games. During the thread comments (Page 23, post # 230) Dimartino come up with a great tweak to the tactic, which was removing the Advanced Playmaker and having another Advanced Forward. This is literally the only tactic I use now as it has proven so successful, with all 3 strikers scoring consistently, so a lot of credit must also go to Dimartino :)

This tactic has been proven to be one of the most successful ones out there, which I'm delighted about :)

Personally tried and tested with all sorts of teams such as Ajax, Everton, Tottenham, Celtic, Man City, Man United, Tranmere Rovers, Wolves. Check the comments for other peoples amazing games with it :) Mixed bag of teams, Hartlepool, United of Manchester, Hamburg, Ajax, Man United, Atalanta, Benevento, Wolves, Preston, Bayern, Liverpool, Partick Thistle, Motherwell, Morton, all of which have done amazing.

If you're struggling to make your strikers score, this tactic is for you!! Guaranteed to make all 3 of your strikers score!!

*** IMPORTANT - It's vital you individually set up the player instructions to suit the roles in the tactic for example, individually train all centre backs to play as ball playing defender, set up all of your strikers training to be as "Advanced Forward" etc (you will see all roles when the tactic is downloaded). :) ***

No opposition instructions used.

I leave the training to my Assistant Manager although if the player needs to be training to suit the roles I've set up I'll set up individual training myself :)

Hope this fills you with confidence :) Any doubts, just look through the comments to see how much positive feedback it has received and how many amazing successful stories have been shared. Good luck using it :) Feel free to share your progress/give feedback.

These are great results! Unlucky you didn't manage to win the league, especially with that amount of goals scored! I'm wondering what you used for match prep and scheduling?

Using the tactic in FM16

This tactic can be applied in fm16?

In which case, you could tell me the individual instructions of each player to test it, as well as the exact position and role of each of the players.

I want to try it because it can be seen that in the fm 18 it is totally incredible, a player with more than 40 goals and 20 assists?, It is magnificent. I would be very grateful if you could help me with what I asked for, thanks

I'd like to know this too please. I'd love to give it a go in FM16

lasting domination

so my last save with man city wasn't pretty but started a new save with Man United and my domination has lasted into the third season.

Since this new save, I've started to pay more attention to opposition reports starting second season.

Since my team is such a force to be reckoned with, a home game against Spurs, the report was showing that they will play Defensive and Structured. Basically they will park the bus.

What I did was to tweak the tempo to Low (from Normal) and Width to Balanced (from Narrow) since Spurs was playing deep and playing wide. I even swapped out a fit Herrera for a 92% condition Pogba at 21st minute because it was hard to break them down. Finished the game with 3-0.

Against Chelsea the 2nd strongest team in the Carabao Cup, they were going Balanced Shape and Flexible team structure. I simply mirrored it. But for this game, I put in a youngster defender, and hot prospect in one of the advance forwards. Worked a treat. Felt like the AI simply allowed more spaces for the youngster and marked Pogba to bits because he was making diagonal runs from the center to the side of the penalty box and crossing for my strikers. Won 2-0.

And for low possession vs even weak teams (I'd suggest put in more youngster) and turn tempo to low or even very low and closing down to Somtimes instead of a lot. Less injury and intensity for my players to reduce injury.

Still the best tactic ever. (i'm still trying to untrain Pogba's PPM of taking long distance shots LOL) he's a freaking beast when he , in some games, forgets about his long shots and just making late runs into the penalty box or simply dribbling around the center of the park to find space to pass to the wide players in this tactic.

Th tactic is with 3 Advanced Forward? I saw people post there results with 2 players as false nine i guess

Not overly enthused by this tactic.

While I have had relative success with this tactic in the lower leagues, it is absolutely infuriating to play with in the top divisions.

The amount of goals you concede and leads you lose is ridiculous. I lost 9-3 to Man Utd, 4-3 to Liverpool having been 3-1 up and almost lost a 5-0 lead to Southampton, eventually winning 6-4.

Every game against a top 6 side this season I have lost, can't seem to put them away at all. The defence is an absolute joke, despite me bolstering it with bigger names and switching from 'Standard' to 'Counter'

Any ideas?

First eleven not fluid enough yet

I will need to wait from Hazard and Willian to learn to play as a Forwards but even now thay look like unstopable!!!
