Works a dream for Liverpool. Won 6 out of 7 games pre season absolute domination. Only pre season I know but I'm getting like 60% possession and often over 30 shots.

may play 3 in central midfield against big teams or away from home. So far so good, will see how I'm doing after the first 5 league games.

Bought Montoya as a right wing back who's amazing too.

I've been trying a modified version of this with an AMC used as a trequarista rather than 3 straight CM's (mostly so I could use Ben Arfa). Undefeated through the first few games with one draw. I'll post an update when the winter transfer window opens, but it's working well so far.
 
Well 2 separate seasons with Gloucester in the skrill north one league both times but get sacked in the skrill prem both times
 
What are the most important attributes for Defenders and Full Backs?
I'd like to start using that tactic but don't know what players should I look for?

Defenders are pretty standard in all formations, marking, tackling, heading, anticipation etc.

The full backs need to be solid defensively ^ but also have decent pace/crossing
 
I would love to try this. I'm a real fan of Tom's tactics. I'll post some photos later too.
 
Do you think this tactic will work for Arsenal? I mean, will i be able to fit in players like Ozil or Wilshere?

I'm using this tactic with Bury and won league 2 in my first season. However I am having a problem finding good wing-backs and was wondering if anyone knows any good wing-backs for league 1 teams?

Good achievement getting promoted with Bury in your first season, when I have some spare time I'll have a look at wing - backs for you mate.
 
Thanks for the help. This is one LWB who I found who performed well for me in League 1. Also I managed to win league 1 despite having a reduced wage budget due to financial problems.

If they have a yellow at half time give them an assertive talk to calm down and avoid another yellow, if they get sent off the sacrifice a striker and play one up top.
