In my journeyman i created a tactic that works wel for me.
It is an 523/343 tactic
I don't do OI or training.
I didn't test it with other teams then these 3.

I became champion with Tatran Liptovsky in the Slovakian second league.
Then Champions in the second league with Lechia Gdansk.
The year after that i became champions again in the first leage and the second year in the higest league i won the double.
After that i went to dinamo Zagreb and after 9 games i am in first place with 32 scored and only 5 goals against.

This tactic works very well for me.
I play with Norwich and after 18 games im in first place.
My striker Pukki scores a lot. 19 goals already.

Good to hear that the tactic works good for you. My young striker at Dinamo Zagreb also scores a lot. He scored 44 times in 38 matches

I am 1 year futher so i cant make a screen anymore.
But my best players were Salif Diomande, Javi Martinez, Karamoko Dembele, Mateusz Musialowski, Oskar Tomczyk and two good polish regens.

An update from my Journeyman
I've finished my season with Dinamo Zagreb and won the league with a big lead. Just two losses and scored 99 goals
In the cup i lost to Hadjuk split and in the conference league i made it to the quater finals were i lost to Sevilla
