In my experience, doesn't seem to matter too much. I'd only advise that they have half decent composure/balance so they can take the opportunities they get in the box, and of course usual wing back attributes.

Kennedy was good there for me, think he got around 10 goals 10 assists in the league with Dummett at the FB role haha.
