They have set PA. ie they can't have as much as Ramsey potentially, but on average they will have higher PA.

What's their PA? maybe if you can, please tell me the CA too

Absolutly ridiculous that Ramsey is the only -10. In my opinion he should be a -9 and these players should be the ones with -10:

Lukaku
Thiago
Gerard Deulofeu
Ganso
Kroos

Also, Hazard, Neymar and Götze deserves much higher fixed PA. As in my opinion they are the three biggest young talents at the moment. At least 186...
Really not impressed by FM 2012 at all... The worst FM 4 many years in my opinion...
