I tend to set my classes based on game type and map.

Thanks and yeah,that's true.It depends on what map.Eg. Scrapyard,the use of SMG's and LMG's are more advantageous with perks like Sleight of Hand Pro and Ninja Pro.

Yeah,it is a sly tactic,but at the same time it can be extremely effective.Especially in Search and Destory or on Hardcore matches.

lol, i tried the play dead thing yesterday, two enemies walked past and didn't see me, i went to knife both, got one and the other turned round and shotgunned me :'(

Id make a class suggestion:

FAL Single Firing assault rifle.
Sidearm: Personal taste: M93 Raffica for me [Silenced and any second attchement]

Perks: Bling [A Must for my suggestion]
Attachements must be a Silencer and a Holographic sight.
The Holographic Sight adds + 5 damage which in turn Counter acts the Silencer.
Cold Blooded: This Allows you to have more damage whils using a silencer and cold blooded combined.
Ninja: To prevent HBS' seeking you.

Semtex [Again Personal taste]

seems sensible stuff to me but i am a run and gun type of player - i just hope i am quicker than the other guy. shame i have the pace of jamie carragher.

My current load out for doing this is
M21 w/ Silencer
USP w/ FMJ (havn't got silencer for it yet)
Claymore
Stuns
Marathon Pro
Cold- Blooded
Ninja Pro

Painkiller

I don't use a wide variety of guns, don't have the Holo sight on the FAL so I guess this is what I'll stick to for now. Could always break out the silenced Mini Uzi again...

It may be stereotypical but this seems to work nicely when i feel the need to go stealth

Primary: UMP-45 w/Silencer
Secondary: USP-45/M9 w/Silencer ---personal preference which

Perks - Sleight of Hand Pro- personally I find Marathon makes me run aimlessly and I can conserve bullets well enough with this weapon without Scavenger so SoH makes sense

Cold-Blooded Pro - No deaths from Pavelows, Harriers and cannot be seen on UAV. The Pro bit means you dont go red on an enemys cross-hair which adds stealth

Ninja Pro - Silent footsteps and invisible to Heartbeat sensors

Equipment

Semtex - Just over Frag because it explodes quicker

Smoke - more of a nuisance to other people

Oh how I love the MP5K.I would use Tactical Knife though on the USP .45 though because it does give you a disadvantage sometimes when 1-on-1.

Also,I would use Throwing Knife and Ninja Pro.

Absolutely. Can't have a stealth class without Ninja Pro, it's like having an omelette without eggs.
