OP updated to include 2 tactics which has served me very well with Boro

I dont really understand what u all have against me for not supporting Boro lol, if I made a Chelsea or Luton Guide it will be the same standard as this really, either way thanks for the feedback mate, much appreciated :)

1 typo I noticed was you said request a feeder club and then mentioned Man Utd. I presume you meant parent club? ;)

lol yeah, thx for pointing it out, cant really blame myself cos I am such a awesome manager I usually get picked up by the Big Clubs straight away so all these terms such as 'parent club' is not familiar wit me ;)

Thanks mate, I thought it my be 2 much as I divided all the plyers into sub-categories such as Right-Bacs ec. which usually people dont do but glad it has come out alright
 
good guide, i was boro not long back and failed massivly lol.
 
awesome!! maybe its to soon to say but i totally crushed motherwell in my first match with 5-1, should have been at least 8-1, my strikers (mostly lita), missed a lot of chances. Thx a lot man!

Sell Lita, he is next to uselss and try get Kadlec, he will rip apart the Championship for you, glad to see that the guide has helpd you :), btw which tactic did u use?
 
Won the championship first season and currently 9th in the prem :)

Kadlec and Griffiths rip apart any championship defence.
 
Defo keep Lita thats the one point i think your wrong on, i won the league with lita, Mcdonald and Griffths and lita was my top scorer with 32 in 34! smalling is a very good loan and the board and fans realy like him, i loaned him again, not a top player in theprem as i thought after a solid season in the champ! good guide, did alot off what youve done here so its a top notch guide! Struggling in the prem though :(

Yeah Prem is hard in the first couple of seasons as you really need to rebuid your squad as most of your players are like spectacular in the Championship but poor in the Prem but eventually it gets better, glad to see Lita did well for u but as u mention he is bullshit in the Prem so I try selling him off early to earn some cash to get Kadlec
 
Good guide. I bought Smithies as well and I managed to sell him to Cities for 6m. I play only 1 striker away and 2 striker at home. Both Lita and Boyd are only good championship so I try to play them more against weak teams such that I can sell them at the end of the season. I sold Lita to another Championship team for 2m and Boyd to Liverpool for 3.2m.

Robson is quite useful in my tactic since he is a great set pieces taker. Wheater + Robson makes the corner duo which scores a lot of goals even premiership. He is versatile as well so he can cover other midfielders in case of injury.

I sold Kink and Bailey for free. They are only good for league 1 teams.
