I had a hard time with them, mostly because of the mentioned lack of wingers. I tried to implement a 5-3-2 but it never really worked well. Anyways, Essien will be your key guy - I gave him free role and frequent long shots, and he did score lots of goals.

I just scheduled a friendly with ivory coast to see how I measure up, I hope they accept

They Accepted! Now I have to wait till august, I've got until then to build an Ivorian whooping squad

Having problems employing staff, anyone give me some pointers?

Oh my goodness... Richard Kingson is injured (Setback in training) Out for 4 weeks, he's going to miss the Ivory Coast game... (so is Isaac Vorsah CB but he'll be back in time )

Watching Community Shield Match... Man U winning 1-0 (Cech Own Goal), Chelsea draw 1-1 Carvalho header from Deco Corner... Essien isn't putting on the best of performances... Oh how I wish Nani was ghanaian He's been fantastic today...

Thanks, Wow Chelsea are dangerous in set pieces...

The Community Shield match ended 1-1 Nani forcing and Own goal off Cech and Carvalho header. Essien and Drogba showing their stuff in the dying minutes of the game, now onto penalties...

Agonizingly, Chelsea beat them on penalties 5-4, with Owen missing United's 5th penalty and Essien scoring the winner for Chelsea...

i recently won the world cup with Cameronn took over just before world cup, was pure luck though and good tactics used the better half semi target man eto as the target man and it just worked only played one hard team in whole world cup and that was italy in the final who just didn't turn up and i won 3-0 was buzzing
