Sorry, OI what is the full word of it or the specific instruction you are looking for? I have been away of FM forums for a long time and I have OI not (yet) integrated into my own vocabulary.

On the first hand no, except for defend the wingbacks of the opposition for the AMR and AML. On the second hand, it really depends on your opposition and the quality players you have.

Personally, I do not like to overload my players with too many instructions since I do think it makes them more vulnerable to mistakes and stupidity.

Postduif updated AJAX 4-3-3 DM with a new update entry:

AJAX 4-3-3 VM V2.0

I have updated my formation to a more attacking variant, with the new update I found my team lacking penetration through the enemy defenses and things did not work as I wanted to work. So I have been fiddling with my roles and came to a slightly more attacking, but effective tactic:

I still want to notify that my team is by far superior in the Netherlands. Results in the Eredivisie are exaggerated.
