Firstly, loving the tactic. 4-1-2-1-2 wide is one of my favourite formations but I have to ask, do you make any changes when away from home, or if you're winning to see out the game/losing to get back into the game?

I just make changes somethimes when i play against very weak opponent and strugle to score/then i untic work ball into the box and tick pas into the space + shoot on sights+more direct passing
Thats all..

Mate you only tried it on 4 games you have to give it time and the the tactic has to be fluid and the players need to gel

I'm loving this tactic, been trying it with Deportivo plugged it in mid-season. First 6 matches 16 goals scored and 2 conceded. Also kicked out Betis in the 2nd round of the cup UPDATE: I've also knocked out Real Sociedad in the 3rd round.This tactic is really solid at the back barely giving away any chances.

There is something wrong with the defence with this tactic. I'm loosing a lot of goals even when playing with weaker teams.

i was having the same issue, was also losing to teams i should have beaten easily, but i found a tactic called cometV2 and its similar to this one, but the results are way better

My team before the season small transfer budget and picks to the middle of the table after the season. Currently first place wins 5-0 or 6-0 with the favorite teams. so far I'm trying to refine the defense because there are stupid goals as if the defenders did not have speed. Played trough half season with Spartak Moscow. No transfers. Prediction 5th. So far, so good. No euro cup this season but I'm sure it went well next season.

Won everything but the FA Cup (PL, Champion's, Carabao, SuperCup, Community shield)

I came back here after the previous season from Wisła Płock, of course I won the PKO Ekstraklasa title and I was nominated to relegation from the league.
I ensure a lot of success for the side midfielders and the forward who will score 47 goals in the league.
Preparing for the next season, I decided to strengthen the team with loans, they are young players, unbeaten, but with good indicators of speed and acceleration, I chose the rest of the attributes according to the position, i.e. finishing, pass, receipt, etc.
The beginning of the season was a revelation of 19 matches won and qualification for the Champions League group. As I did not have solid substitutes, the main team started to get injured and there were mishaps.
Summing up the fight for the next Polish league title in the champions league group, I am in 2nd place, I defeated Ajax Amsterdam and Szakhtar Donieck I succumbed only in Dortmund, probably only because of the exhaustion of players, because by the end of the first half it was 1-1.
The cure for the whole season is to have a solid substitute for the positions of side midfielder and striker. I think that in 2 seasons I will be a club with a very strong position in PKO Ekstraklasa Polska, at this point I already have a budget of several million with a budget of several thousand euros.
