yeah, that's what i'm thinking too. however, next year LFC would be in CL, so I want the team to be performing good in every competition you know.
 
Just finished the season with Liverpool.
2 game lost against Newcastle and Arsenal 0-1.

If you mix it up a bit with experienced and youngsters in PL, FA and the League Cup and rest those with low condition or those that go low easily then it shouldn't be too much of a problem. You can also get "bargains" like Yttergård Jensen, Gabriel Silva etc. that are cheap, really good and can stand their ground in most competitions.

I'm having my best season so far, I'll be posting some screenshots later once I'm done but here's my current squad. I'm not including those out on loan ofc.

And I rotate ter Stegen and Alphonse Areola in goal depending on the games. Areola plays the less important and easier games while ter Stegen handles the heavy weights.

I also have a ton of youngsters out on loan and what I ofted do is that I loan the younger players to my feeder clubs when I don't have tight fixtures and then bring them back when I got CL Group Stage etc. and then send them back out.

So far this season I got a 29-0-1 record in the PL with about 90 goals already and about 19 conceded, won the League Cup and the FA Cup so far if I remember right. Passed the CL Group without breaking a sweat and I haven't had to force rest a player yet if you know what I mean. That's how I've been doing it now and it's been going a lot smoother then the previous season even though I've had a bit more injuries so far.

sounds good, man.

to be honest, i like youngsters but i don't like to wait them to be developed. i usually try go for good or quality youngsters, however they are really rare.

i usually go for good oldies for the bench lol. it puts ease on my mind to put them on the bench,because i don't want youngsters to be rotten on my bench :P however, i have couple of youngster who i always give chances.

btw cavani has 20 stamina, he has never been subbed or benched nor been injured. he is superb.
 
Been using your AMC tactics for 2 seasons, decided to try this one out now. Pre-season went well, first game vs manchester city I lost, now I had a game vs west ham where I got my *** handled 4-0 so I ragequit. Really wonder why your tactics won't work for my saves, when they did it perfectly for me in FM11. No idea what I'm doing wrong.

Hey guys,

Just a wee update on how my first season finished. So I finished my first season with Wolves 7th in PL, after expecting to come near relegation zone. Scored 87, conceded 56. Not that bad, not great, but not bad for my little wolves squad :P

I do have one question:

I am starting to take more care of training and PPM's and stuff, however, I am not entirely (read at all) sure on what PPM's I should be making what position learn. Any help from Raiken or anyone else who has any advice, in general or specifically for this tactic, would be greatly appreciated...

yeah :) its either counter or attack, depending if away or at home and who you are playing

Started game in classic mode, as i don´t know how to change to counter in classic mode reverted tactic to "fm2012 mode" changed to counter after 1-0 and gave the shout, after 3-0, eliminated the take ball foward... and voilá!!! eheheh :)
Have to try this tactic in my Benfica save... cause short and sweet dosen´t seem to work...
 
i've converted this tactic to classic mode an i'm playing with Woking. will tell how it's working in LLM in classic..

I am using a Target Man tactic version of this :) and its working really really well! thinking of uploading it.. anyone keen to try it out?

there is a very big difference, the only similarity is the width, tempo and defensive line and the Dlf and poachers settings, everything else is different, just the same formation!

that team sounds perfect :)

are you currently using it or not?

i used magic & might in the past( it 's briiliant and i got many award), but now changed this tactic, first competition losed by newcastle = =, should i change it back to magic & might??- -

dont fix something if it aint broken :)

up to you though mate :) give it time, use M&M and have this in your match prep for a few weeks or so :) tactics take time to work well
