you need to manually change the Roles and duties mate it wont do it automatically, just change it to suit your team, say if the one Cm has long shots set at often and the Cm you can or only use has that stat at say 5, then of course you would set that to never!

download the one from the OP or the latest 4-4-2 one not the experimental tactics

Superb guide, I've definitely taken some of your tips in mind.

My big signing was Eden Hazard......not getting much playing time at first of course, but gave him his first start in the FA Cup match vs. Bolton.....and he scores 4 goals! Never had this guy before, fun already.

EDIT: WOW, I've never seen anything like this....after that one match he was listed as favored personnel of: Berbatov, VDS, Scholes, Carrick, Brown, Fletcher and Nani, AND was on Man U favored personnel list.

That's crazy lol. He's been inconsistent for me this season, although it doesn't help that I've got such a star-studded midfield....right now he is in-form though.

it depends if you want him there and he is doing well for you it would take about a season or so!

I usually retrain him to AML and use him as an Inside Forward or Advanced Playmaker, beacuse he has the attributes to be comfortable on both roles.
It does take a season or two to get him Natural on that new position.

You must first demote your assistant manager to a coach or fire him and then you can promote your coach to assistant manager.

By demote do you just mean offer him a new contract as a coach or is there a way to make him a coach without negotiations?

You need to offer him a new contract with the option "Coach" selected. If however he rejects being a Coach, then just sack him.

Ok thanks alot. Was going to do that but just wanted to make sure. I think I'll offer him a new contract at the end of the season then sack him if he refuses. Hi guys i have a problem with my M.Utd save and i want your help, right now im in february 1st season my team played FANTASTIC until this month i am undefeated in EPL(21win,5draws), my only lost was in ECC against Roma(i already secured 1st place so i used my subs)
This is my tactic:
GK:EVDSaar
RB:OShea(decent)
CB:Vidic(great)
CB:Rio(very good)
LB:Evra(very good)
MC-BTB:Anderson or Fletcher(both are very good)
MC-adv.playmaker-Hamsik(great)
AMR-wingersuport:Nani(great)
AML-wingeratt.:E.Hazard(FANTASTIC, didnt score a single goal but has 27 assists in 23 aps)
ST-poacher:Chicarito(great)
ST-TMatt-Rooney(Has a big problem with consisteny he scores in 10 games in a row and then he sucks for some time)
As i sad problems have started in february first i had 2 very uncovincing wins VS Blackpool and Newcastle, and then i finaly lost to Bham, my two key players Rooney and Hazard are playing realy disapointing in last 3-4 games, now Chelsea is only 4 points behind and i decided to tweak something in my tactics i will change to 4-2-3-1 but i cannot decide betwen these 2 options:
OPTION 1:
In this option i would play Rooney as Amc(trequarista) as i heard he is great there, and leave Hazard on Aml and hope he starts playin like before this dam february

option 2 as only one of them will be out of position (not natural) in comparison to option 1 when both will be!
