I've got another quick question. Mario Balotelli has basically got ****** off with the way I do team talks so reluctantly I accepted a transfer request, it's almost January and I also have a problem with wingers. They always seem to be injured (bar Eden Hazard who has as another guy has said been fantastic) so I end up playing Milner on the wing which I dont want to do. So I was thinking of selling Balotelli for about 35 million and signing Juan Mata. Does anybody know if he is good in the game and if I got him what kind of role would he play? Also, if anyone likes to put forward another winger who is already a world class player I'd be more than happy to consider them. Thanks

Cheers, Ill take a look. Elia has just signed for Sunderland though. James Rodriguez was offered to me but I just ignored it. Is he any good?
Juan Mata has great stats, I personally have not bought him or managed him, but I have always wanted to buy him, just cannot afford him ever! I love James Rodriguez, he is class...

Pablo Sarabia - Real Madrid
Nicolas Gaitan - Benfica
Guiseppe Rossi - Villareal (retrained to Aml, Adv Playmaker - Attack, doing great for me, takes him 5 weeks to become natural)
Angel Di Maria - Real Madrid
Luka Modric - Tottenham
Diego Capel - Sevilla
I would also suggest:

Thanks again. But I only have 20 million to spend. Plus Balotelli who I'm trying to flog. Does anyone know the best way to get money out of him. I've offered to clubs and made his status important first team player then Utd and Chelsea came in for loans. I'd like to get at least 27 million from him.
Just keep Bibotelli unhappy and keep offering to other clubs, someone will make an offer finally.
Will do that. By making him an important first team player I didnt do it to make him happy I did it in the hope that it would make people charge more.
Just finished the second season (finally). After winning everything in my first season, I did it again with the exception of the ECC which we shamefully exited at the feet of Athletico Madrid...in the first knockout round. Nevermind that though, last summer my minimum expectation was to win the league, the board gave me £75M to spend, a year later and it's £94M |). I will have to lower that though because our wage budget is £1.9M p/w and we're currently spending £1.7M....with the squad we have, I probably won't even have to spend a quarter of those transfer funds though; although I'll inevitably sign another attacking midfielder just because I can XD
Try to save as much as possible as you want to lower the debt United has.
I'm quite proud of myself, I saw City make a £20M bid for Sanchez and couldn't resist bidding myself...however, I decided to cancel the contract I offered after they'd accepted *sigh* he's now signed for the Blue side of Manchester.
set him to "not wanted" as this will make it more likely for him to accept contracts from other clubs.. if these clubs are interested, why not do a straight player exchange for a player you want from their squad?
player exchanges always work and work well for me, I get the much better deal

I'm new to playing FM2011. Just started a new game using Man Utd. I tried searching for your coaching staff, but some of them doesn't show up in the search. Marco Rota, Anselmo Sbraglia doesn't show up. I haven't searched the rest of them but think results will be the same. I'm using the 11.3 database with only England selected(small database). So I'm guessing the issue lies with database settings.
Can you please tell me which database settings to use?
Atleast which countries. Dying to start a new game using your instructions.

Just thought I'd let you know, I just told Berbatov he'd make an excellent coach and he said he could get started now. So, I look at his staff attributes, and the guy has 18 for attacking, so if you haven't sold him; keep ahold of him and you'll have a quality attacking coach in the future.

I just started a new game (Not playing it) with 16 nations and 38 leagues loaded as playable and my pc performance was still 4 stars! so it depends on your system!
I always suggest a large database, I dont know why people play on small....
load at least the top 4 nations at least! Spain, France, England, Germany, Italian
