this is an update so far on the 1st season as well as pre-season for 2nd season :)

Won the League title and the Carling Cup, beat Barcelona 2:0 at home and then lost 4:1 at the Nou Camp...

doin fine at the minute. 2nd in league. rooney(tq) and anderson(advanced playmaker) are playin really well for me plus am in middle of takeover!! hopefully the will come in and clear debt.
 
hey man first of all great tips, tactics...inspired me to play with man utd again!
Just one question: What do you think of Kadlec and Hernandez up front, and Rooney as AML?
Kadlec would probably be a poacher, hernandez could take up other roles...because Kadlec's been a real beast on my saves with WBA, Bolton and Blackburn...18 goals, 4 assists in 1st season itself, and 13 goals 8 assists in 20 matches of 2nd season...only 18 years old at 1 mil initially but is now 6 mil at 19..sorry cant take a screenshot it isnt copying and pasting with [Prnt Scrn]. With Blackburn, 7 assists 17 and goals 1st season, 5 assists 21 goals 2nd season. What do you think?

Sorry again will post screenshot as soon as I figure out the problem. Any alternatives to taking the pictures?
 
that would be perfect mate, play Hernandez as Advanced Forward and Kadlec as Poacher ;) or even train Rooney to Amc and use the Rooney Amc tactic :)
 
Hi guys,

I have a question. Why will the stats of a player drop? Especially young player.
My Hernandez is not injured, and is pleased with his training schedule, he has been scoring in every match in my first season. Rating is around 7.41. Morale is high. Lots of first team appearances.
Will resting a player from time to time be more effective in his training?

Secondly, how shall we organise our training such that it is most effective? Match preparation (30%), scheduled training (60%), individual training (10%), position training, etc...
 
Hey Raikan, just wanna tell you that the name of the fitness coach that you recommended has a typo error, which should be Omar Feitosa, in case others can't find him in game. Great fitness coach. Anyway, awesome guide mate! Makes a Liverpool fan like me also wanna start a Man Utd save. :)
 
As you can see, I just put 7 goals past Blackpool in less than 40 minutes.
Using Raikan's 4-4-2 with some tweaks.
 
Hey, I just started a season today with Man U. Tried doing my own tactics again and I'm not doing that badly.

Into the final of the league cup, 2nd in the league (even though I'm 7 points off City - they have been untouchable somehow), Still in the FA cup and Champs League too.

I play a 4-1-2-1-2 tactics and Hernandes already has 25+ goals. He's insanely good.

I will post some ScrnShots tomorrow as I am just going to bed.

Connor Wickham - Ipswich - £3.4M (Delayed it till the end of season)

hey just wandering how you persuaded the board to buy bale for you been playing a while and never once have they offered to sign someone for me does it depend who you have scouted or does it come up as a request at the boardroom page
 
9.25M for Diouf! How the **** did you pull that one off Raikan? Offer AC Milan some secret scouting knowledge?(H)
 
@Raikan - Mate your tactic is immense, just finished my first season with Man U, won everything except CL in which i made the semis. Huge results along the way including a 7-0 thrashing of Lyon. Start of season 2 now, won the community shield, signed Bale and Kaka (9.75m) so hopefully I can win the CL this time. Much appreciated for the tactic. Keep up the good work!

hahaha, **** knows mate, dont like him at all, when he got back from Blackburn immediately stuck him on and they offered that (set selling value at 200%) I was super stoked :) ahhahah

that is brilliant mate :) so glad you doing well :) I was knocked out against Barca in the quarters... won 2:0 at home though...
Kaka is a great capture, how did you manage to get him to negotiate with you? he never wants to with me...

I didn't really persuade. I had just been given £25M in January from Inter for Evra so I needed a left back so the board must of seen this. But when I was offering for Bale, spurs wanted £50M+ but when my board stepped in they got him for cheaper and on £85,000 a week.

Nani doesn't fit into my tactics. It was risky to sell him before I knew if the tactics will work though. Being offered £25M for a 29 yr old is a great deal in my eyes. He does get a tonne of assists though but I hope Bale will do exactly the same. I just saw Hargreaves as a guy eating up my wage bill.
 
I recently got offered £43m for Rooney but declined! He's my turbine!!

Just luck with Kaka i guess, done a filtered search of transfer listed players and he was there, so I pounced.

I know how ya feel with the CL mate, won 3-0 against madrid at OT, then got destroyed 5-0 by them at the Bernabau hahaha.
 
Just held my 1st place in the EPL and UCL with a double 6-0 win over Blackburn and Twente, both played at OT.
