Valencia is starting to get old now and I want cover for Hazard on the left. Thiago from Barca, and Ganso are both available on frees. I'm considering signing one of them to do the job. I play Hazard as an "inside playmaker" and Thiago looks like he could suit that. Henrique also looks like he has the ability to assist from the wings. Any one have any experience or recommendations on what to do?
I have got Thiago as a back up. Not a bad player. Take a look at Canales from Real Madrid, I think he is better and I got him on the cheap. I also got Lucas from Sao Paulo who is a good prospect.
This is a fantastic guide, berbatov was not performing for me so i sold him and brought Cavani, which turned out to be a great signing - would reccomend him if u have the same problem, he does cost big bucks tho!

He hasn't done that well for me. Scores so many offside goals for me that it makes me tear my hair out. Was awesome in my first season though. He scored 35+ goals in all comps.
I avoid spending big if I can so I got Thiago for free. Madrid wanted a fair amount for Canles, and they also have Lucas.

Favourite game so far. It may look like I got stuffed but I slowed down the play in the second half because I was up against it. And 10 of there 17 shots were long and 0 of my 5 were.. Not much luck with a sending off in the first 10 mins and 2 injuries by 50mins.
My favourite game was against Liverpool. Away at Anfield, Torres and Meireles put me 2-0 down in the first 10 minutes. Rooney quickly pulls one back after HT, but Torres restores the 2-0 advantage 5 minutes later. Valencia and Rooney score a quick fire double after 70 minutes. And then in the 90th minute, a free kick ~30 yards out. And who steps up? The one and only Ryan Giggs. He hits a beauty straight past Reina, 4-3!

Thiago I got for £4M. I didn't want to wait the 6 months to get him for free
I got Canales for £5.75M because Real had transfer listed him at the end of the 10/11 season.
My team. Everytime we get a chance to win a league throw it away. Just lost and drew to the two worst teams in the league by mile.
EDIT: I thought I was starting to build a good team. But the only thing I am happy with is the defence. I don't rate my midfield at all. Too inconsistent.

Its all down to the morale and tactics. I had my ups and downs in my 1st season and I just encouraged my players and made some tweaks to my tactics and in the end I still won the league and the cup.
They have good morale. They just go through a patch of terrible shooting. To be honest it has happened for most of the season. I brought in a load of good coaches.
They don't shoot from a far. My team has an awesome defence. If I don't score I usually draw. I just need to bring a new striker and midfielder.
Rooney has been injured for 3 months and Hernandes has been horrific.
