Danny Newton: Sheff. United wanted to loan Newton, but Sunderland rejected the offer. Came on as a substitue once for Sunderland. He scored a rating 6,30.

George Best: Best was named motm after Inverness' 2-2 draw against St-Johnstone. He played 2 games for Inverness, scored 3 goals (1 from penalty), was named motm once, and has an average rating of 7,60.

Iain Taylor: Taylor was diagnosed with a virus, and is out for 12 days. Played 1 game for Twente, and scored 1 goal. His rating was 7,30.

James Smith: Played 6 games for Aldershot, scored 1 goal and got 1 assist. Average rating: 6,70.

Matt McClelland: Didn't play any game for Vit. Guimaraes.

Matthew Alexander: No first team games.

Oliver Houghton: A bid from Almeria was accepted. Houghton accepted Almeria's offer, rejecting Elche's. Has yet to make his debut for his new club.

Pete Rodriguez: Played 5 games, assisted 2 goals and has an average rating of 6,68.

Shaun McMillan: Played 2 games for Palencia in the new season. His average rating was 7,45.

Stephen Holland: Played 22 games for Cork, scoring 5 goals and assisting 6, with an average rating of 7,24.

Oliver Houghton: Houghton is impressing for Almeria U19: 5 goals in 5 matches, with an averga rating of 7,36. Has yet to make his official debut for Almeria.

Pete Rodriguez: Rodriguez has been ruled out for 10 days after suffering a damaged heel in training. He played 7 games for Rodriguez, making 2 assists for Dundee, with an average rating of 6,79.

Shaun McMillan: In 8 appearances for Palencia, he made 2 assists, which is quite good for a central defender. His average rating: 7,19.

Stephen Holland: He was out for 8 days after suffering a bruised head in training. 24 games for Cork, scoring 6 goals, making 7 assists, and being named motm twice. He's got an average rating of 7,27.

Anonymously Anonymous: Anonymous played 11 games for blackpool, conceding 12 goals and keeping 4 clean sheets. His average rating was 6,60.

Damiennevo: Damiennevo played a good match for Sunderland reserves, and got the motm award. Damiennevo recently complained about the lack of first team football he's getting. He was the motm again when his team played 2-2 against Burnley's reserves on the 21st of Novemmber. SUnderland transfer-liested Damiennevo on the player's own request. Manchester United is one of the clubs being said to chase hot prospect Damiennevo. Ferguson admitted he'd love to attract the young player. Damiennevo played 3 games for Sunderland, with an avarage rating of 6,40.

Danny Newton: Sunderland accepted a loan offer from Swansea. Newton played for Swansea for a month. He made 5 appearances for Swansea, with an average rating of 7,00. He scored 2 goals. After returning to Sunderland, he played a good game for the reserves, picking up the motm award. Newton came on as a substitute twice. His average rating was 6,40.

George Best: Best played 14 games for Sunderland, scoring 4 goals and assisting 2. He was named motm once; his average rating was 6,62.

Iain Taylor: Suffered a bruised jaw, taking him out for 8 days. Taylor started 4 games for Twente, getting 2 goals. He averaged a rating of 6,64.

James Smith: Smith suffered a flu and was out for 7 days. Smith scored 2 goals for Aldershot and made 3 assists. His average rating was 6,75.

Matt McClelland: Played 1 official game for Vit. Guimaraes. His rating was 6,40.

Matthew Alexander: Alexander played a good game for the Hull reserves and was named motm. Alexander finally made his professional debut for Hull, coming on as a substitute in the 70th minute during the 1-2 defeat against Bristol City, getting a rating of 6,40. This was his only appearance for the first team.

Oliver Houghton: Houghton played a good game for Almeria's U19 team, getting the motm award. A couple of weeks later, he repeated that performance against Poli Ejido U19, leading his team to a 3-0 victory. A few weeks later, he did it again, against Ceuta U19 this time. He seems eager to impress his manager, and is hoping for a chance in the first team. Houghton didn't play for Almeria's first team, but is doing exceptionally well for the U19 and reserves: He scored 23 goals and made 2 assists in 18 games, getting an average rating of 7,75. He was named motm 3 times.

Pete Rodriguez: Rodriguez played 18 matches for Dundee, but only scored 1 goal and made 3 assists. His average rating was 7,01.

Shaun McMillan: McMillan made 2 goals and 5 assists for Palencia in 25 games. Those are good stats for a central defender, and his averga rating of 7,14 underlines that.

Stephen Holland: Holland was named motm after the 2-2 draw of Ireland U19 with Bulgaria U19. 2 managers named Holland as possible winner of the Irish Premier Division young player of the year award. A few days later, Holland showed some great things in the 3-1 victory of his team over U.C.D., picking up the motm award. Sadly, Holland got injured a week later, and was out for about 4 weeks with a fractured jaw. Holland became third for the Irish Premier Division player of the year award. He won the Irish Premier Division with his team Cork. This was Cork's first season at the highest Irish level since 2009. After promoting from the Irish First Division, they unexpectedly became the Champions. Holland played 30 games for Cork this season, scoring 11 goals and assisting 8. He picked up the motm award 4 times, and has an average rating of 7,28.

Anonymously Anonymous: Anonymous became second in the young player of the month award for January. Anonymous played 16 games for Blackpool this year, conceding 17 goals and keeping 4 clean sheets. His average rating was 6,79.

Damiennevo: Damiennevo has expressed his wish to leave Sunderland multiple times, but Fulham's loan offer was rejected by his club. He played 4 games for Sunderland this season, averaging a rating of 6,45.

Danny Newton: Sunderland are loaning Newton to Blackpool until the end of the season. Newton signed a new contract at Sunderland, keeping him there until June 2015. Made 2 appearances for Blackpool on his loan spell, scoring 1 goal. His average rating is 6,80.

George Best: Best made 20 appearances for Inverness this season, scoring 6 goals and making 2 assists. He has an average rating of 6,62 and became the motm once.

Iain Taylor: Taylor played 5 games for Twente, scoring 4 goals. His average rating is 6,61.

Matthew Alexander: Alexander turned 17 and signed a professional contract. But he rejected a new 2-year deal, stating he deserves a better salary. He played well for the U18 team and got the motm award. Alexander sustained a groin strain and will be sidelined for approximately 3 weeks. Alexander came on as a substitute 3 times for Hull, getting an average rating of 6,45.

Oliver Houghton:
Houghton suffered a pulled hamstring and was out for 4 weeks. He has yet to make his official debut for Almeria.

Pete Rodriguez: Rodriguez became nearly won the Welsh young player of the year award, but in the end it was Celtic's Adam Matthews who won it. Rodriguez was a close second. Celtic are said to have renewed their interest in Rodriguez, after they missed their chance to get him the previous year. When asked about it, Celtic manager Lennon admitted he'd like to sign the young player, and said they were preparing a bid. A few days later, Rodriguez expressed his wish to move to a bigger club. Dundee understood, and offered him to several clubs. Celtic's 1,5 M bid was accepted, and Rodriguez signed a 4 year contract for the Scottish champions. He played 1 game for his new club so far, making an assist and getting a rating of 6,90.

Shaun McMillan: McMillan signed his first professional contract. McMillan played 30 games for Palencia, scoring 2 goals and making 4 assists. His average rating is 7,18.

Stephen Holland: Holland became third in the Irish League of Ireland player of the year award. Shortly after, he signed a professional contract for his club. The new season hasn't started yet in Ireland.
