This is how I prepare 3th season with Udine
I have marked some important tips when you sign new players,back up and first team players,and important characteristic for the system!

So why is important when you sign players to make them know that they can not expect to play in first 11 so, MORAL of your players will be high all the season and that is really important in this FM edition

As you can see I have made just few changes in first 11,I did not touch 3 DEFENDERS because I was happy with them so why to change them!!!
I will still have 3 TEAM leaders on the field and High influential players....
ALL THE 3 GUYS IN BACK are TALL,FAST,amazing concentration anticipation and positioning,they are not super stars and I dont need supers stars,I need correct attributes what is the most important thing!

just work on the training for Hysay,he have flair 8!Work on that with your coaches

Okay, thanks I'll post an update after 10 league games have played 5 so far. Got draws against Liverpool and Spurs which is good, sitting 10th at the minute.

Just give a guys time to adapt,keep nerves and you will have success!

yeah I liked him,but he is already 29y old so he can not improve more...
and I sign this Italian younger player already used before with determination 17

As promised, here are the results and league table after 8 matches. Currently, I sit 11th with the 2 losses actually pretty unfortunate as I had more shots. If I could finish in top 8 this season given the media prediction of 15th before the season I'd be happy which I think is possible.

Not bad start,you have complete new team,you will do better then 8,maybe top 4,i am sure,keep it up!

Team Meeting

Maybe there are people who don't know about Team Meeting so this information will be very useful for them

Let's say you had a bad run and the morale of all players is "Slightly Poor

if you go to the Team Meeting then the following dialogue will be available:

After that just click in this way

and after that dialogue the morale of all players changes from "Slightly Poor" to "Good"

An opposite situation when you have a good run instead of a bad run the morale of players is "Good"
​

if you go to the Team Meeting then the following dialogue will be available
​

and after that dialogue the morale of all players changes from "Good" to "Exceptional

​

This tips can be used sometimes to improve moral!
