thank's for the tactics!
I use this in Promozione italiana with Scandianese (6th level) with very good results!!

No, weaker teams can be exposed defensively so its my preference for them to work on that area in training.

Stronger teams can concentrate on what they do during attacking moves to maximise scoring chances.

Just my thoughts of course.

Had no issues with the complete forward position in the end, just played one of the strikers I had available there and they've done well. Had to actually change the striker there a few times and all of them slotted in nicely so no problems at all.

The tactic itself has been brilliant though! Playing as Duisburg in the German 3rd division, they are one of the better teams in the division and were predicted to finish 3rd. Its a very close league though, without the differences between teams you get in the top leagues, with the longest odds of a team winning it being only 40-1 pre season.

Been promoted with 6 games to spare, breaking the league scoring record in the same period. Myself and the league favourites Bielefield running away with it in the end. Had a run to the German Cup 3rd round as well, only losing 3-2 to Leverkusen and having beaten Bremen by the same score! Lost only 4 games all season, a couple of them were poor home 1-0 defeats which I dominated but they were just those games you could play for 90 minutes extra time and never score. The others were unlucky away defeats to 2nd and 4th in the league. Otherwise the tactic has been pretty much flawless! Never really got 4-4-2 to work in any of the previous FM's so this has been pretty sweet

I am one of the better teams in the league as I say so will be interesting to see how it does next season, hopefully works just as well for the less fancied teams

I downloadedthis tactic with not much hope to be honest. Well what can i say best tactic on FM15. Could this be going back to the days of FM13 and plug and play tactics

I am currently in my third season with norwich, getting them promoted in my first year and finishing 8th in the prem. Not bad some might say but i kept giving away silly goals (which i think is an issue)

So half way through season 3. Having lost to Man Utd QPR, West Brom and Liverpool i needed a change. The results are in
Played 35 Won 26 Drew 6 Lost 3 Scored I ended up finishing 4th after being 10th. I won the League Cup, Fa Cup and Europa League

Top Notch

Used this tactic wiv Liverpool, won the league first year finished 2nd on the last day 2nd season. CL semi finals both years very impressive.

I have to say this tactic is one ivé used a lot recently, a tad frustrating that you dont score enough of the CCC you create (but that seems to be the entire game rather than the tactic) but i find it a solid base, the wingers are hugely important in this tactic. Matt Philips on my QPR save is simply amazing, assists and goals galore!

THIS TACTIC DOES NOT WORK

I was 4th with Birmingham in the Championship, changed to this tactic (from a similar 4-4-2) and got destroyed 4-1 by Bolton who were 7th

DO NOT USE THIS TACTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!

So after 1 game you're throwing it out the window???

I've used this tactic with Southend and have taken them to the Premier League!! It's going to be a tough season, had Chelsea in my opening game and lost 4-2, with them having 40 shots!!!

Very good tactic, highly recommend using it. Another good thing about it is your strikers get a lot of goals, Zach Clough got 39 goals in 40 appearances last season!!!

Still using it, concede tonnes of goals, lose every away game

People are just frustrated when they see all these success screenshots and they can't replicate it using the same tactics.

This year we still haven't seen a truly amazing tactic because even the seemingly best ones just don't work for a significant portion of people.

That's fair enough of course, but telling people not to use a tactic in capital letters because you plugged it in mid season for 1 away game and lost is ridiculous.

I've been questioning my motivations for posting tactics recently and posts like that really don't help.

went back to this last night in my AFC wimbledon game, was less than favourite in a league game against peterboro, smashed em 4-1 (will post shot later).

only issue i have is the energy, my team was pretty much fully fit before but screwed after, might have to tweak this down a bit for LLM, but still a great tactic. needs more coverage.

Thanks for the feedback.

Its been noted by others in the lower leagues that dropping from fluid down to structured/rigid seems to help quite a bit down there.

Not tested it myself yet but worth a go.

Cheers Uwe, i'll try it later on, and see how i get on. might just be the team i have.

Working a dream for me, was using a 41221 from bobbymoore if I remember correctly which took me from conference to championship and stopped working halfway through first championship season (still finished 3rd).
Moved to Werder Bremen with a strong team which had been relegated to Bundesliga 2. Won league in first season, 4 wins from 4 against good opposition.

That is after a cup run in which I beat Bayern & Koln, getting beat by Schalke in the final
