Working great for me!! In January first season with Middlesbrough no transfers, top of the championship only lost twice and through to the Semi final of the capital one cup knocking liverpool and arsenal out on the way.

I find switching the mentality to counter against big teams and attack against weaker teams helps.....

Also might be me been daft but the corners set up with the striker doesnt seem to work too well???
