Key thing is the roles and PI's are identical ... only difference being 2 x MC vs 2 x DM, so familiarity stays the same.

NB: the Midfield roles are slightly different from the OP.
That was done only because of my players' strengths.
Then just trained them in new position of DM.
As you can see, both are excellent at both MC and DM.

Does it change the flow of the tactic changing the cm roles mate? I've got Verrati and Tielmans so I was thinking of using dlp and rpl like you have
 
This is a great tactic,but i want to be improved,i want to score more goals,with this tactic,im dominating my opponent but i feel i dont score too many goals...any ideas ?!
Which role is better for this tactic,false9 or CF(s) ??

CF(s).. Throw in exploit is good for adding more goals

No - doesn't seem to.
Same roles.
Same players.
Same PI's.

Just sitting a little deeper.

Let's put it this way ... when I come up against a team with a weakness against a DM tactic, this provides the result I have come to expect from this tactic ... if that makes sense.

e.g. Away against Man Utd.

In my experience, based on my squad ... the CF (Support) - with 'Shoot Less often' selected - is far more effective than the F9.

But that may be particular to my squad.

Mate you did an excellent job! I tweaked your tactic a little bit and transformed it to a 4411.
I just changed the settings of the wingers and so far I have reached amazing results.
Especially draw away against Barcelona and don't even have any problems away against top teams neither in europe nor in la lira :D will post later results when Im finished ;)

Can you tell me the instructions that you have the wing mean ? And if you use always this tactic instead of 4-2-3-1
 
amazing, just won the la liga in the very first year with sevilla :D and this without playing the last 2 games :D
since I used your tactic with my tweaks, I just lost one game in the league and this was against granada...
managed semi finals in the euro cup and was very unlucky against barca, especially in the scnd leg, I got a red card very early in the game but still dominated and also went upfront but conceded from a corner :(
anyway, cup semi final, even though I just holidayed it :D euro cup semi final and won la liga

Hey mate, I am going to share it once I finalized my testings...
I just had one season, so I don't want to upload a tactic, which will later break down...
Also what does the owner of the original tactic say? am I allowed to upload my tweaked version in your thread?
I am only using this one.
Its almost the same, just instead of amr/aml, I am playing with mr/ml, because I felt it gives more stability in defense

CM (Defend) >> DLP (Defend)
PI Changes ... NONE ... ('Shoot Less Often' and 'Fewer Risky Passes' come as default for role)
