I'm in the 3rd season with Beitar Jerusalem and for me Yozhik tweaks worked very well so far. I also made some small adjustments:
1. from the Team Instructions I untick "close down much more" ;
2. from the CDs PI I untick also the "close down much more";
3. also from the TI I untick "use offside trap".
Why those? All players already have PI "close down much more", so it makes no difference, but for my CDs does. The CDs have stopper duty so they will already push up and close down the attackers and I think this is enough. I don't want them to run all over the field after the attackers and to leave huge gaps in defence that can be exploit easily. I think those are esencial for very small/small teams and if you have slow CDs like mine, for having a better defence. Is just my opinion sorry if I'm wrong and sorry for my english also

Voila. I have a decent squad without regens and with just 5 foreigns. In some UCL games they dominated me but is smth normal cuz we are a very small team and I don't care; a win is a win. In the defeat against Arsenal one of my defenders was sent off but c'est la vie. Thank you guys for the tactic, I'm surprised how well it works for such a team.
