Your midfield is gonna be amazing soon. Ramsey, Wilshere, Hamsik, and Eden Hazard. That's awesome. Around 2018 or 2019, you will have all of those guys in their prime and it will be fantastic.
You do need some sort of DM though if you want to run a tactic that requires such a player. I'd say Fellaini, M'Vila, and Rodwell are your best bets.
