Summer Transfer Window

Made the transfers which we needed, and nothing else! Quite surprising for me!

So we had just 4 players coming in!

But we did have a fair amount leave, majority on loan, but we did have Casteels leave us for 5 Million... moany sod!

So one of the players was already agreed to be brought in before I take over...

Brought in for 7 Million, good young player who I can see definitely being a future star for us, at just 16 is already quite good!

Didier Diallo | Diego Rodriguez | Daniele Rugani

So Diallo comes in for just 5.5 Million... he is already nearly as good quality as Digne and will definitely be fighting with him this season for first choice LB! At just 19 as well he has a lot of room to grow and could definitely become world class!

Rodriguez has come in to feature for us more maybe next season than this season. He cost quite a bit (17.5 Million) but he is one of the most promising RB's around! An issue at the moment is that he is foreign but him and a few other players are less than a year off gaining Spanish Nationality, definite star of the future!

Rugani was a bargain at 7.5 Million if you ask me! Still only 24 and has a fair few years to grow ahead of him, but he is already a good player and will be a very good back up for us I am sure!

Summary

Very pleased with these signings! Diallo is just incredible and can definitely see him being 1st choice next season, Rodriguez is still young but once he starts playing he will come good for us I am sure, and Rugani is an excellent back up player!​

Didn't quite start as we had hoped...

Clearly the league started off very well as we spanked Villareal 4-0, but then the loss to Barcelona... Ouch!

We then needed to fight back against Celta after going 1-0 down, and we also played a bit better in the 2nd leg against Barca, but we just couldn't do enough!

At least we are still on a 100% record in the league...

So we are only 2 games in so can't really say anything is certain yet but at least we are off to a good start! Also both our main rivals Madrid and Barca both lost a game so we have the advantage over them already! Hopefully we can just keep good form and go on a good run in the league!

Looks like we have a big rival to fight with for 1st! Bayern are a very good team and will be very hard to beat! I can see us easily beating the other 2 teams though so I think we can still quite easily progress!​

So things could not have been going better!

We are literally unstoppable at the moment, winning games strong and dominating them, very good wins against Barcelona and Bayern!

Think things just will keep getting better from here!

Well as you can see so many people have been playing so well for us!

Ocampos, Romero, Lamela, Balanta... they have been the main men in our squad so far!

All of them have been incredible so far, so glad I decided to keep Ocampos here! He has been managing to keep Bernard out the side!

Of course we are top of the table! 11 wins from 11 games, we are 7 points clear of Madrid already, looking good for us winning the league this season! As you can see Ocampos has also been in good form as he has 9 assists already! Loving it!

Things are looking good in the Champions Cup as well!

Unbeaten as well, 3 wins from 3, we also managed to get ourselves a comfortable win over Bayern! Should be easily qualifying top of the group now!

Czech Republic draw was quite disappointing though as we dominated them and just could not find the net!

So the incredible form just continues!

Still won every game in the league, with us managing to record a last minute victory over our rivals!

Shame that our winning streak in all competitions had to end because of a draw with Olympiakos... (HOW?!) but we are still unbeaten in 3 tournaments so far!

Everyone is still on great form! Medio has been incredible so far with him scoring 16 goals in 15 appearances!

Everyone has been doing so well though, its actually starting to get a bit hard to choose some of the players in the starting line up due to so many people playing well!

Just 20 years old and already he is doing amazingly... 17 goals in 17 appearances already this season overall, can definitely reach 30 this season easy I am sure!

So we have been drawn with Schalke in the next round! They are a good team but we are one of the best teams in the world now so we should be able to progress to the next round comfortably!

So after easily side stepping San Fernando, we now have to get past Valladolid to progress... we have already beaten them 3-1 this season, so cannot see why we cannot beat them comfortably again!

So somehow we only beat Cyprus 1-0 after dominating them, just couldn't finish! But unfortunately we lost again after 14 games unbeaten after being unable to find a way past Portugal... a team we should have really been beating to be honest!

Right so we were given a decent bit of money to play with but i didnt buy anyone as the club is jammed packed at the moment with the likes of Diego Costa, Jese and Rugani all unhappy with lack of playing time i felt we must have more than enough cover, also the balance has gone down around ?12Million into the red at the moment.

I will be using the favoured Shots Galore tactic and here is my current proffered starting 11

13 wins out of 15 as we continue the perfect season so far in the league with both of the draws coming in cup games with the likes of Ocampos on form! What a difference a year can make as last time i was in charge im pretty sure i loaned him out because he wasnt up to much and now hes arguably one of our best players whilst Diego Costa has really fallen out of favour with the side.

So it was only in the next game that we lost the 100% record with a draw against Bilbao but we are still undefeated in the league and have not lost in all competitions since August. We won 9 games in the last 13 matches drawing the other 4, As you can see we have thrashed a few teams in the league scoring 6 goals in a couple of games with Medio in good form but Lamela scoring goals left, right and centre at the moment.
In the Champions League its been our dominant performances at home that have seen us through whilst we nab the draws at home to set up a big local derby in the Champions League Semi Final against Real Madrid

Right so thats my 6 months all done and my thoughts for the next person (Duzzy) would be that our balance is really bad yet again and we need to sell a lot before spending too much money, the likes of Arda Turan, Jese and Rugani can all leave as they are complaining about game time and maybe even Diego Costa, We dont really need to desperately bring anyone in especially at the front of the team hence why we did the Treble and went unbeaten in the league.

Well to start off we have sh*t loads of money but that don't mean we have to go Abramovich on the team.

Firstly I gotten rid of two ageing players who have done a lot for us but it was time for them to move on. Diego Costa was first to leave. As much as he has done and as much as I said I wouldn't sell him, we got a 24M bid from AS Monaco and Costa was 30 years old so I took it. Besides we got Javi Medio.

I also got rid of Arda as his contract was running up and he wasn't happy at the club. He couldn't get a first team spot so I sold him sadly.

Now the big dolla move you've all been waiting for. *Drum roll* Javi Manquillo was sold for 30M! YES! You heard right, 30M! Porto were probably smoking something which is new on the market because the effects were crazy.

Now, to a deal I wasn't expecting. Sokambi had a part to play in this save but sadly the offer we received was far too good. 40M for an 18 year old was too good to refuse so I sold him.

Now transfers in - Di Nicola agreed before I took over and will most likely not get first team for now as we are well strengthened in that position. Jose Maria was bought as the future right back of the club with a 4.5 star potential.
