Attacking 4-3-3 total football

Every version of FM I have the same intention of creating a tactic with fluent attacking football and a lot of possession.

This time I was struggling untill I pulled back my AMC and made him a MC.

Now I win almost everything in the league and in my 2nd and 3th season I played the final of the Champions League with Anderlecht.

Even my youth players adapt quickly to the tactic and get high scores.

Someone else tried my tactic with Anderlecht and he lost the final of the CL in his first season, he was as good as champion before the play-offs.

I can add some screenshots later, now I'm at work. :D

What you need is a sweeper keeper (support)
Two attacking backs (automatic)
Two ballplaying defenders, one cover and one as a stopper.
Two deeplying playmakers (support)
One attacking playmaker (attack)
Two inside forwards (attack)
One complete forward (support)

Give it a try and let me know how it works out, you won't regret it. ;)

hmm first 4 games in my test save as everton 4 wins...0 goals conceded
 
Tactic in the download is completely different to your summary?

What does this one look like?
I will have to check when I get home.
 
It's a 4-2-3-1, with a winger, a complete wing back, a ball winning midfielder...

I'm sure it will!
It's a plug and play tactic, even my youth players fit in perfectly.
 
cant download from link. can we post it in a different way? would love to try this out
