Looks decent , will give it a whirl.
I like the look of this, and plan on trying it out tonight when I get home from work.
With being a small, lower league team, would you recommend changing the Ball Playing Defenders to regular Central Defenders (obv keeping their Cover / Stopper) or just roll with BPD's even though they are donkey's?

I can't download this. Normally I just click the button and open and drag into the tactics file. Really wanna give it a go but am lost.
It's a zipped file, did you try unzipping it first?

Thank you very much for creating and sharing this sublime tactic.
I was 'googling' around the web for a "Total Football" tactic, and yours went beyond all my expectations.

As you can see on the screenshot.
Your tactic is also working wonders for my LLM side Lincoln.
However, I must let you know, that I changed the CF (Support) to a Deep lying Forward (Support).
Also changed one of the Deep Lying Playmakers to ( Defend )
I prefer a staggered midfield, and not having players running into each other. Haha. And this has the benefit of providing a bit more stability to the deeper midfield.
Very impressed that I'm beating expectations, and currently lying top.
Only made 3 signings, all 3 from Free Transfer.
- Jake Fowler ( for more backup out wide )
- Greg Rutherford ( for more backup in the 3 CM positions )
- Alan Marriot ( great free transfer for 1-2 years in Conference )
