Avoiding loss when reduced to 10 men

I fine logically, start with a warning, then one week fine, then 2 weeks and 2 weeks after that everytime.

One of my player got a red in the previous season and then he again got a red card. I warned him first but i am thinking to fine him him this time?? would it be ok?? or again warn him??

If it's a different season I would warn him again. 1 red card for a season is not that bad. If it happens more than once than stick with warning, 1 week fine and then 2 weeks for every fine after that. (same goes for 2 yellows by the way)
