Leicester City have confirmed the signing of Leeds United's defender Scott Wootton for a fee of £1.2 Million.

He has had a good Pre-Season and will be a key player for us this season.

Overall

Not the greatest in terms of result but Pre-Season for me is about fitness​

August 2014

Game 1

So we start the season we a loss but it was to be expected against Arsenal but there were some positives from this match but lets now focus on the next match

My star player of the month was Wes Morgan, led by example today and was good at the back despite the 3 goals conceded

Game 2

A brilliant performance from the lads today and finally given the Premiership a chance to see what we are really like when we get going, we dominated the whole match and Poyet's Sunderland could not handle us

My star player of the match is Leonardo Ulloa, A great game from Leo today, put both his goals away great and hopefully he can push on from this with more confidence!

2nd Round

This match was a lot closer than I would had liked but a great Free Kick from Cambiasso settled the match

My star player of the match was Jamie Vardy, making his comeback from injury and scored a goal and assisted one as well, a great return for him!

Game 3

This win was even more impressive than the Sunderland match as we ended the match with 9 players due to injury and Robert Huth's sending off but we dominated the match from the first minute

My star player of the match is Adama Traore, the youngster had a great game and rounded it off by getting a goal

What an amazing start to the season for us with two amazing wins out of 3 this month, I am no way expecting to be around here at the end of the season but It's great so far
