Can you get your country to the World Cup?

The challenge is to create a striker to try and lead your country to the World Cup Finals for the first time ever. There are 21 countries in Europe that have never qualified for the Finals so I am looking for 20 more players to join me in the race to score the goals that create history.

The countries, in order of FIFA rankings as of 8th May 2014, are -

Out of these countries, only Latvia have ever qualified for the European Championships so that too is part of the challenge.

To make it a little fairer, I am going to use a random number generator to allocate players to a country so that those applying near the end are left with those teams at the lower end of the table. Once all 21 positions have been filled I will run the generator and allocate each application with its chosen country.
