Hi to you all! This is a version of a few tactics of mine I have been playing around with for a while now ( not 100% ready in my eyes) but it has been getting great results! I admit I am a possession fanatic, I love keeping possession and making possession style tactics, BUT this tactic is a little bit short on possession and focuses on Creating Chances to score.I have tested this with QPR from December
  1. Saved from Relegation 17th to 10th in the league
  2. Quarter-Final of FA Cup
With Arsenal second half of season:
  1. Carling Cup
  2. FA Cup
  3. Finished second behind Man City by goal difference
Barcelona for a full season and was very successful, things I won:
  1. Champions League
  2. Liga BBVA (unbeaten in league)
  3. Uefa Super Cup
  4. Club World Championship
  5. Spanish Super Cup

Touchline Shouts:
I tend not to use touchline shouts, I prefer to make any changes myself so I have complete control of how the players perform. I also watch Full Match Highlights when and if I make major changes during a game.

Match Prep:​

  • [*=center] High to Very High: Teamwork during pre-season.
    [*=center] Average to High: Teamwork during season
Opposition Instructions:
This is very important, I don't set any instructions UNLESS the opposition is running riot at my defence during a match. but otherwise i would set all midfield and attackers to Closing Down & Show onto weaker foot

  • [*=center]I have tested this with all the patches, I did this to make a point so nobody needs to ask if it works with such and such patch. SO YES I DELETED MY WHOLE GAME 4 TIMES AND TESTED ON EACH PATCH
So just to be clear, it works on 12.0.2, 12.0.3, 12.0.4, 12.1.1, 12.2.0I always start my games with no transfer budget so every team has their usual squad, until they choose to sign players in the January marketThis gives more of a challenge in my eyes.​

  • [*=center]This is not for smaller/lower league teams as yet, I am still in process of developing it. So please, do not use it with teams beyond the English Championship, I doubt it will be good in defence so you will concede silly goals

Could we get a screenshot of the tactic itself? But nice, a 3-4-3 tactic, love that formation.
 
Looks good man, but I feel this has still loads of more potential vs bigger teams.

If I have the time and interest to play FM, I will try this one.

And yes, the download link aint accessible.

There is a screenshot underneath Formation, you have to click the attachment. I dont know why that happend though

I agree it could be a lot more deadly against the bigger teams, some small tweaks somewhere ,but i find Teamtalks can give the edge

This is not a tactic that racks up the passes, the amount of possession is more important than getting 80passes+ for your players, but if your really wants those screens I can post them.
