Barcelona and Xavi passing!

man i am coventry and i am loving this tactic and i am going to start a save with the GH Acadamy

V2 will be soooooo much better, goals possession passing. Hopefully out over the weekend still more testing needs to be done.

Going to try it on my recently promoted Southampton team, gotta keep possession in the higher league, of course.

This tactic is looking better and better. The first version was working alright, dominated possession, but couldnt score. So I have reverted to my 4-2-4 formation until the second version is released.

Looking at your screenshots, V2 is looking awesome. Hopefully it duely delivers.

Quick question. Would it work using wingers as inside forwards? Or would that just defeat the point of your tactic?
 
Yeah i'm sure it would work with wingers but i dont see Barcelona playing that way Messi is really the only one who comes deep for the ball. It's the deep midfielder that i will be working on next might have to change the tactic to 4 1 2 3 but i will see. Just trying to get Xavi or the playmaker to get over 100 passes every game not sure if i can but i will give it a very good go.

I'm trying to get it out for the weekend got D@ve testing it for me while i keep tweaking a few things. I might start a new thread so keep your eyes open. Cheers and thank you for your comments

How did you get Johnathon dos santos playing soo well yet for my Port Vale hes shocking!!!
 
hey retsinnab69, just my opinion. will it be better if you set the team philosophy to rigid rather than balanced. and set the creative freedom of the players to zero except 2, 3 players.I think that way, they will stick to your tactic more and play how you want them to be. I had my xavi pass more than 100 surprisingly in one game. and the next game, it just went back to 50. I think it has sth do to with how the opposition set out their team.
anyway, this is a great tactic, and i'm tryign to tweak your tactic and see what I can do. I hope you release your V2 real soon. Really looking forward to it.

V2 Testing

Right got a V2 testing update for ya retsinnab69. It is much more attacking than the original, I'm scoring over 3 goals nearly every game. The possesion is still great, mostly above 60%. But the only thing is Xavi's passing. I can't get near 100 passes. Puyol got into the 90's twice but not the MCR. But the tactic is still immense I am unbeaten so far and have only drew 2 games. Messi and Villa are on fire but the STL (bojan) hasn't scored much.

Thanks mate for testing it. I have another V2.1 i'm testing and its looking really good will send it to you and D@ve to have a look at it hopefully later tonight or tomorrow. It's got goals from all 3 forwards passing from Xavi is very high in all games, ccc's. I've change the formation about too. Looking good.

sorry mate can you tell me the setting you have on your xavi and iniesta in this tactic to enable mine to have over 50+ passes
 
where is v2... v1 is suck... good is possession but bad in scoring...
