So first of in Europe we lost to Monaco which really put our place in the Knockout stages in trouble but we managed to then beat Anderlecht 7-1 in Spain before edging past them 4-3 at their place to all but seal a place in the next round we then went on to put 5 past Leverkusen who we lost to in the opening group game.
In the league we really struggled as we only managed 4 wins from 7 drawing with Cordoba and losing The Clasico 3-1 and then getting beat by R.Sociedad too to end a terrible few months.

It does not make for good reading down in 4th place a massive 9 points behind Real Madrid with one game in hand.

what are you going to do if you never get a certain player in your youth intake? I always seem to get good players in the same positions. imagine if you never get a good keeper

I think if we really struggle i will try and sign some 16 year old Spanish players but that will only be a last resort.

Spanish Cup

We beat Rayo 5-1 on aggregate before beating Real Betis 5-0 on aggregate to set up a big Semi Final against Real Madrid. We beat them 3-1 at our place with Messi scoring 2 goals close together and Roberto getting the 3rd. We held them to a 1-1 draw in the 2nd leg and set up yet another Spanish Cup Final this time against At Madrid.

So our league form has been up and down as we win 6 out of 8 with some massive scorelines scoring 5 goals or more 4 times but then also only manage draws with Zaragoza and Rayo in games we really should be winning. At the end of the month we played Porto at our place and thanks to two Neymar goals beat them 2-1.

Only 3 points behind Real Madrid now despite our Strikers being in nowhere near as good form as theirs with 33 year old Ronaldo having netted 36 league goals this season alone thats more than half we have got in total.

Hey dudes im on holiday at the moment but have just sorted out my wifi so will be hoping to knock out a few updates over the next few days.
 
Been very good so far. One of the saves I play is with Barca at the minute and I think I need to set personal challenges as with the full squad it's a bit easy.

Thanks mate, im finding in fun at the moment as i always like developing youths but never see them get to their full potential so hoping to on this save.

In the Champions League we secured a 0-0 draw against Porto which set up a Quarter Final against Monaco, We beat them 5-3 at home including a Messi hattrick before snatching a 1-0 win in France thanks to another Messi strike. We then drew Liverpool in the Semi Finals of the Champions League and beat them 1-0 in the 1st leg thanks to a Sergi Samper goal in injury time of the first half.

We have been struggling in the league this season but a 3-0 dominant win in the Clasico doesnt half make me feel a little better!

Halilovic has been asking for more game time so he got with Neymar's injuries and he has been in amazing form with 2 goals and an assist in the third goal capping off a wonderful Cup Win!

So despite winning our last 4 league games convincingly netting 20 goals in 4 league games we relinquished the Spanish Title for the first time in 3 seasons to Real Madrid.

So we lost the league by 4 points and is was mainly down to the goalscoring exploits of the now 33 year old Cristiano Ronaldo who is valued at just £4 Million but scored an astonishing 66 goals this season more than Suarez and Neymar combined.

Whilst the likes of Depay and Zivkovic have the expectations of the Nation on their shoulders youngsters Ould-Chikh and Ahmed Bah are potential game-changers to look out for whilst the biggest omission seen by the media was Huntelaar despite him getting on a bit now.

It was a back and forth game were as soon as one team scored the other hit back, it ended 2-2 in normal time before Robben looked to have won it in Extra time only for Argentina to hit back immediately luckly we had been practicsing our penalties and won 5-3 and set up a Semi Final.

We did it!!!!!!!!! First time ive won a World Cup in a long while as Strootman scores the only goal 100 minutes in! They had a player sent off early on and late on in normal time but we just could not find the back of the net for 99 minutes! But who cares now as we won!!!!

So first off after the World Cup we made an extra £10.5Million from the sales of Alba and Rakitic thanks to them playing 10 Internationals since being sold.

So Real Madrid are seen as favourites to retain their Title but the scary thing is seeing Valencia splash the cash and bring in a few decent players like Mitrovic, Inigo Martinez and Kishna whilst At Madrid have brought former prospect Munir back to the league

Our final friendly of the pre-season sees us play Fenerbache for Pedro's Testimonial, hes actually played a fair few games in recent seasons playing a part in at least 30 games a season every season ive been here despite trying to sell him several times!

So the new season is upon us and it doesnt look like anyone from the first team will be leaving and the key this season will be to rotate my front 3 more so that MSN are not picking up so many injuries it doest help that Messi and Suarez are in their thirties now but they are still game changers and i want my Title back!​
