hmm. fair enough. Personally I'd have gone with Berba, cause you can always be surprised at some point by what he can do, and it's nothing against Owen-I still rate him as a player and like watchin him on top of his game. Must have been quite a head ache for Fergie though selection wise. Nothing worse than breakin a players heart by not picking him for such a match. Any info on the ref btw? Would prefer one that cards players for cheating.

This is what a lot of webpages / newspapers reported 2-3 days ago... I personally don't know who these hungarian referees are..

Edit: on world cup 2010 he referreed the match between Spain and Germany, Ghana and USA, Mexico and Uruguay, Brazil and North Korea

likes to letpplay go on, reffed 4 games in the world cup including the germany spain game. likes to let the continental games he refs play on, bit stricter in the hungarian leagues though. Had him twice for united and only gave two yellow cards, one in each game

I'm finding it spooky how calm, assured and composed looking Messi is right now. Have a feeling he'll be putting in a master class in total football today-hopefully in a losing side

It's impossible to mark Messi too. If you mark him, you're pretty much playing with 10 men and gonna leave space behind the defenders for Villa to get in. It's a rock and a hard place when playing against Barca
 
I hope Barcelona wins. Not that Manchester doesn't, but I think they really deserve to win, in order to reward their awesome season. But may the best team win. Will be neutral with a Barcelona bias :)
