Does the poacher do runs to open up the defense or he only waits to get the ball and run to score?

He pretty much only waits to get the ball/to run onto through balls (Depending on the players PPMs). Whereas the AF will try to drag defenders out of position aswell

2 poachers means the strikers are likely to be marked easily because they will be very static, so you can only really use that as a top team with an advanced playmaker support in the AM position.

Adding on to the above post:

Yes, a DLF and an AF work very well together. One makes space, the other exploits it and links play.

A trequartista could be the likes of Adel Taarabt, or perhaps Gylfi Sigurdsson.
