For those who play in England, Matt Targett from Southampton is very good for this tactic. In Saitns save have gave me constantly 15+ assist in EPL for 5 seasons, and in 1st season he can go 10M and low wage

Don`t forget about Tyrone Mings, really good player for this tactic & young at 23.

When you say 'shape tweaks', do you mean the physical positions or changing from Flexible to fluid or structured say... ?
