Not really. There is some match where i got FMed and pay the price for play much weaker side than normal (vs Paderbon).

I play FM since "l'entraineur 3" in 1999 and sorry but this tactic is the worst I have played !!!!
This is not a bad tactic, it's just that it works with some teams, i.e. specific types of players. It's the same issues with most tactics posted on this forum. They work for a group of people, but at the same time they're a disaster for others.

Test a tactic with manchester, juventus, everton or sassuolo does not mean that the tactic is good. Win 8, 9 or 10 with bayern does not mean that the tactic is good. But I play a FM since 1999, I have never played with a tactic where I am much dominated against big teams. So for me, I'm sorry, but this is the worst tactic I've tried in 15 years. I'm not criticizing anyone, the creator of the tactic has certainly made a good tactic FOR VERY GOOD TEAM, but not a good tactic. Making games against better teams conceding 10 CCC per game, 6 or 7 goal against my team per game, I can definitely say that the tactic is not good.

You can't win with just a match tactics. There are a lot of factors to win the match ; right player, Players training , general training , Team talk , players morale, ... Do you want to win without doing anything of these ? this is not the desired tactic.

I agree with you, but the problem is not winning games, the problem is that losing 8-0, 6-1, 5-0 systematically against big teams, it's not what I call a good tactic. I train each player each position and role, the general training of the OP, I've never had a problem with the team talks and the moral of the players, it's complicated to keep on top after having conceded nearly 20 goals in 3 games. My wingers are Kombarov and Parshivlyuk, the two best Russian at this position.
You can admit that losing 2-0 at home against Barcelona when I play with spartak, I can understand that. But concede a CCC every five minutes is not normal and loose 0-8, tactic can not be consider as a very good tactic
impossible to lose that much different score. There must be something wrong done.
I am in 2017, I have almost the same team with the spartak and Russia. My 3 last game at home 2-6 vs Barca, 1-8 vs france et 2-6 vs argentine. In Russian championship where I am the best team it's going well. But against a very good team, Argentina, France, Barca is a disaster.
For this tactics WM's are crucial. Kombarov is OK player for russian league, especially he doesnt take foreigner place in starting 11. But if you play with top teams like Barcelona, he is pretty weak defensively, and his offensive abilities are not that great either. Same with Parshivlyuk, one of the best in Russia, but pretty average anyway, and not good enough for this tactics.
What I would suggest is you keep russians as a rotation option, and play them against weak teams and in cup games. But with stronger teams it is better for you to put foreign players in ML/MR spots.
Try to find russians for your starting 11 in other positions. Spartak has a great academy, and you should expect decent players to come through the youth ranks. Best bet is to fill striker positions in this tactics, as even 130-140 PA striker with high important skills as finishing/composure/speed etc can score a lot of goals in russian league.
For champions league you can field as much foreigners as you would like, so you can have extra foreign talent just for CL games.
I think you can give this tactic a chance if you are willing to build around it, but be sure to buy best players possible for ML/MR.

Thank you for your comment Pavleg and you're right. but I want to play with only Russian players, for get the same team in club and national team. In attack I Dzyuba, Kokorin, Panyukov and regens who are very powerful. In defense Yemeljanov, Byrzgalov and 2 regens very very good. you're right the problem is just Kombarov and Parshivlyuk, and I also try and schenikov Makeev, but really against good team it is very complicated.
ribery66, Great save you have there! I think it is really your best bet to develop youngster as fast as possible. Buy the best talents from Zenit, Cska, Lokomotiv, Krasnodar, Dynamo, and give them as much time as possible. Russian league suits this because bottom teams are really weak compared to top 6. But in 10 years your NT will filled with only your players, and because of high regen rating of Russia as nation in FM, you are going to get great regens and eventually you will get where you want.
Good luck to you, hope this tactic will work and suit your team one day or another, it will probably take a bit longer as you want to utilize only national players. Maybe some more conservative tactic will suit you.
