Well that was a short lived career for me. Knew it wasn't going to be good when I got the broken ankle but didn't expect to retire!

Player of the Year , Golden Boot , etc = 10 points
Player of the Week = 5 points


Matches
MoM = 2 points
Assist = 1 point
1 goal = 5 points
National U22/21/20/19/18 goal = 5 points
National goal = 10 points


Retirement
Age 30 = 0 points
Age 31 = 1 points
Age 32 = 2 points
Age 33 = 3 points
Age 34 = 4 points
Age 35 = 5 points
Age 36 = 6 points
Age 37 = 7 points
Age 38 = 8 points etc

Did flesner retire completely or just from international football. Really sucks if he retired properly.

What about points for MoM or assists too?

What about awards - like player of the year , golden boot , etc.
And does "goal" include goals in the U21's & U18's also?

"goal" includes all league goals, national goals are below

I think Flesner retired completely, cause i cant press on his name or anything anymore.
 
I've added new points to the system. Any proposals are welcome till the end of this thread (when all players have retired).
 
If you think the following points are not a good idea i'll delete that part from the rating system.

Hogan getting a few goals for Liverpool and has scored for England U19s. Looking decent now he has a pro contract too
