Scout's report 5
01/01/2015
Good day guys. As you will see below, this season has been good for most of the young stars. England has proven to be a great place for youth to develop too.
**** ****

It's currently the off season for ****, but it's still a little disappointing that he hasn't developed in the last 6 months. He had a bad 2014 year, playing 36 games and scoring only 5. I think he is clearly in need of a move to a better club. Perhaps now is the time?
Our development rating: D
DJ Reider

View attachment 343628View attachment 343627
DJ has improved really well in the last 6 months. He looks like he may be ready for a loan spell soon, but I believe Bayern wouldn't take that risk just yet. He has made 24 u19 appearances, scoring 11. And made 1 start and 4 sub appearances for Bayern II, scoring 1.
Our development rating: B+
Guilgi Bellushi
View attachment 343630 View attachment 343629
Guilgi has shown some minor improvements since we last analysed him. It hasn't been bad, but he needs to step it up to become world class. We can see that he's already really strong though. He's been really bad in his performances, scoring 1 in 15 for Roma u19's.
Our development rating: C
Hans Christian Pedersen
View attachment 343623 View attachment 343622
When we last visited Hans, he was in Austria. Now he has moved to London. Let's see if that has been a good move for him so far.
As you can see, he has made really good progress since his move, especially in the physical department. He has made 10 starts and 11 sub appearances for the Chelsea youth teams, scoring 4. Perhaps he should be performing better, but he will if he continues to show such improvements.
Our development rating: B+
John Cheah
View attachment 343621 View attachment 343620
John Cheah has had a torrid time since joining Olympiakos, and as you can see, the last 6 months have been even worse. He has actually regressed as a player in many areas. He made 28 appearances for the u20s, scoring 2. Johan has felt his 1 and a half years at Olympiakos has been a waste and has thus terminated his contract with immediate effect. Hopefully he signs for a better club soon to get his career back on track,
Our development rating: F
Lewie Roberts
View attachment 343619 View attachment 343618
Lewie has had another great 6 months at City, improving in every aspect of his game slightly. He has also been in wonderful form for his team, scoring 22 goals and creating 10 in 32 games at youth level.
Our development rating: A
Marc Aitken
View attachment 343617View attachment 343616
Marc has made some really good improvements in the last 6 months. He has magnificent technique, and is adding pace and technique to his game slowly. He will turn out to be one of the worlds leading goal scorers if this continues. He has played 18 games and scored 12 for Chelsea's youth so far.
Our development rating: A
Patrik Sangle
View attachment 343615 View attachment 343614
Last time we said Patrik is starting to develop better than before. Well, we were right, he has shown remarkable overall improvements lately. He has made 17 youth appearances, scoring 5. Add to that 13 Gladbach II apperances, scoring 8.
Our development rating: A
Sasha Thomas
View attachment 343613View attachment 343612
Everton may just be the best place on Earth for a teenage footballer. They know how to develop a promising into a world class player. Sasha is almost there. They've improved his a lot physically lately. When we first met Sasha he was really slow, Everton have already changed that and he will continue to improve. Sasha is now incredibly strong, and has wonderful anticipation. He is becoming the next Wayne Rooney perhaps, if he improves his work rate.
He has scored 18 in 30 youth games and has also made a league sub appearance and a cup start for the first team. He should feature more in the first team before the end of the season.
Our development rating: A
Sam Mclaughlin
View attachment 343611 View attachment 343610
Sam is the same player he was 6 months ago. He hasn't improved at all and he hasn't been good on the field. He has scored 7 in 41 youth games. Quite disappointing.
Our development rating: D
Shaahid Jhetam
View attachment 343609 View attachment 343608 View attachment 343607
Shaahid has shown over the last 6 months why he can become world class. He has improved a lot despite the fact he has only played 5 times in 6 months. He hasn't had an injury, he has just been treated unfairly. That is why he is probably going to make a move soon, and many clubs are interested.
Our development rating: A
Stefan Tesla
View attachment 343606 View attachment 343605
Stefan is improving his weak areas but is slacking in maintaining his strengths namely heading and flair. He has made 18 youth appearances, scoring 7 and assisting 4.
Our development rating: B-
Oliver Grocott
View attachment 343602View attachment 343601
Oliver's move to APOEL has turned out to be beneficial. He has developed quite well, but still has a long way to go to be considered a decent striker. He has made 14 substitute appearances for APOEL's first team only, scoring 3.
Our development rating: B
Grzegorz Brzeczyszczykiewicz
View attachment 343604 View attachment 343603
Grzegorz is showing some really remarkable improvements but is still lacking behind the others mentally. He has magnificent stamina though which will aid his development. He has made 24 first team appearances scoring 7.
