best 4231 tactic that works in 14.3.1 patch

I have just beaten Man City 2-0 to make it ten premier league wins in a row I've being playing CM and FM religiously for the last 12 years and this has been my most consistent tactic so far, link to tactic is below please let me know how you get on.

Player Instructions:

GK - Distribute to defenders
FB - None
CD - None
CD - None
FB - None
DLP - Tackle Harder
BMW - None
WR - Stay Wide
AP - Tackle harder and More direct passes
WL - Stay wide
ST - Shoot more

your tactic is not good dude, regardless of your 12 years of expereince. Pass into space will make all your players make risky passess, which can work only if you are faster than they are, otherwise it will lead to balls getting intercepted and many shots on your goal...also, with balanced philosophy, your forward players, and you have plenty of them, wont return to help defence, and you will be easily outnumbered...
 
using the tactic with nottingham forest so far 7wins 4draws 2loses. liking the tactic atm

How do i have plenty of forward players? its called a 4-2-3-1.....i use fbs rather than wbs because they stay back a lot more also my bwm set to defend stays in front of my back 4 acting like a sweeper, the dlp set to tackle hard breaks up a lot of attacks and suprisingly rarely gets booked, on top of that my wingers chip in defensively when set to support.

Its works equally as well with a quick technical striker such as Werner, Alcacer as a AF or a tall powerful striker such as Sonogo set to TM Attack.

Could you post a screenshot of your results and current squad? would be great to have a look

keys are broken and would this tactic work with chelsea or do u have a different one that fits them?
 
Do you use Oi's mate? what training would be best?

I have a decent enough tactic but I concead too many for my likeing, interested in trying this.
 
I do use oi's strikers are set to tackle hard and show onto weaker foot plus midfieders set to be closed down....its solid defensively try it and tell me how you get on.

Training it balanced and attacking movement, players are all on individual training for their specific roles.

Been using it mate, not had as much time as I would have liked to play the game due to wife and kids etc lol. Think I have 2 games left of season, already beaten Rangers to league title, will put up screenies later on (hopefully!)
 
Know what you mean its hard to make time to play a decent few hours between spending time with the wife and work....look foward to the screenies!
