Pat Rice retires around 2014 tho , so i went with Neri . I think for a good assistant you need judging players potential and ability to be high since you need that to see hidden things about players . Also he has to have high motivational skills - for your team talks. He also has to have high tactical knowledge to tell you why your losing 1 - 0 to Bolton. Its not essential for him to have high coaching abilities just mental abilities, unless you really need him to coach aswell.

i say franco baldini, as half the time rice nevers wants to leave arsenal

yeah pat rice is good, but tassotti is better for me. Tactical genius, 25 mins into every game check his analysis, change tactics, win the game.

Pat Rice is the best in the game. Second place I'd say goes to Valdir de Moraes

Pin is always good for me. He is Assistant Manager at Fiorentina.

i reckon pat rice but otherwise i wud say tord grip is a gud choice

Pat Rice is really good and he's my first choice on every game, but he's always reluctant to leave Arsenal. So I ususally go for Baldini or Vilanova (spelling :S).

after the first season on my man united save Mark Schwarzer retired and i got him in
after i left he became manager, BEST EVER haha

Danny McGrain(Legend) has just retired as my *** Man. Deciding between Willie McStay and Tom Boyd now
