South American clubs have always nice players with low release clauses... you guys should search in Argentina!
 
Search not finding Smeltz or Doria and i have database on large so not sure what i'm doing wrong? Do i need to add the leagues they play in to my active leagues on game? Anybody have any advice or can help?
 
Try manually going through the nation the league the players club is based in.
 
i have just made a shortlist of these players, will post link once it pass the mod part

I managed to find smeltz without the league being active, but i didn't find doria. On a another save i found him with the league active
 
anyone know a centre half apart from okore hav 6million to spend
 
Dongou's (Barcelona) is 10,000,000 I think. And he looks to be one of the best strikers in the game, always has 5* potential.
