Any OI
Pitch Size - Small

Players

GK - the best you can find
DR / DL - should be good on the defense
DCR / DCL - must be quick to avoid counterattacks. The defender left (DCL) should be good on heading to score many goals from corner kicks and fouls.
MCD / MCL - have defensive characteristics. You can improvise your DM that position.
AMR / AML - must be quick and with good passes.
ST - the best you can find
 
Some more info could be helpful to people who are considering using it just so they know
if it will suit their squad or not.

I know what means OI but any OI means no OI or assistant manager select OI?
 
with this one i struglle to score and my strikers reach the end of the game exausted

I usually give a one day rest after games...

Fantasma how many games you play ? The results appears after a few games (4 - 6 games...)
 
i played 10 and lost 9 of them against much weaker teams so not exactly the best ever
