So last year I done a Spurs save that done pretty well on the forums and I enjoyed it a lot considering im a Spurs fan.

Season Expectations

I doubt we can challenge for the league in the first season so I decided to select Europa League qualification to take all the pressure off us however I do want to qualify for the Champions League.

The Squad

A decent squad as it stands with the main players being Lloris, Vertonghen, Eriksen and Lamela in my opinion. Lamela hasn't done great in real life but on FM he is a total monster and becomes one of the best wingers in the game.

Save Aims

1) Win the Premier League
2) Win domestic trophies
3) Win Champions League
4) Win Club World Championship
5) Become the biggest club in the world

Good luck. Tottenham is a team I've always admired yet got very frustrated with at the same time. So much potential but it never quite kicks off. Hope you can do well with this team.

I opted to sign a lot of young players that will become world superstars. I also sold some of the fringe players at the club such as Falque, Livermore and Ekotto.

We only played 5 million up front and the rest over bonuses and monthly installments. His stats are already decent and he will feature in the squad for many years to come.

Our left wing position wasn't very promising so I decided to sign Depay for 10 million pound with 2.5 of it upfront.

I originally tried to sign Luke Shaw and Lucas Digne but both of them didn't want to talk contracts. So the only other option for me was Moreno who I had on my Sevilla save and he turned out to be a beast.

Vietto is a great Argentine striker that went back on loan to his original club as Adebayor and Soldado should do the job in the first season.

Tottenham vs Be'er-Sheva (3-1)
Vertonghen, Chadli, Eriksen

A decent result against Be'er-Sheva but I am worried that we are conceding a goal to such a poor team.. We now advance into the Europa League playoff.

Soldado

A decent result at White Hart Lane against the scum however we had plenty of chances to put the game away.

Rio Ave vs Tottenham (2-3)
Eriksen(2), Moreno

We went down 2-0 very early to the Portuguese side but we brought it back with key man Eriksen playing a vital part.

Swansea vs Tottenham (1-2)
Chadli, Adebayor

A good away win in Wales with Chadli and Adebayor coming on as subs and winning us the game.

Tottenham vs Rio Ave (3-1)
Chiriches, Eriksen(2)

6-3 aggregate win and we advance into the Europa League Group stages.

7th after the first two games however we are still unbeaten just like 7 other clubs so it gives an early indication about how tight this season will be.

A good result with both wingers scoring the goals.

Soldado

A very important result and it shows all the top 4 teams that we mean business this year.

Our first group game of the Europa League and a easy one at that.

West Ham vs Tottenham (2-3)
Soldado(2), Eriksen

A late 78th minute goal gave us the victory over London rivals West Ham.

Sunderland vs Tottenham (0-3) Capital One Cup
Lennon, Sigurdsson, Holtby

I played a reserve side for this game and we still dominated Sunderland as we advance into the COC 4th round to play Brighton.

Not as convincing as the result in the cup but 3 points never the less.

Three goals in the final 10 minutes gave us the victory over BATE.

We had so many chances to beat Everton but we just couldn't convert them into goals.

Soldado, Baker(OG)

Soldado is on great form at the moment and keeps banging in the goals.

Slovan Liberec vs Tottenham (0-0)

Just like the Everton game we had so many chances to get all 3 points but we just couldn't find the back of the net.

Soldado, Prowse

Back on winning terms as we beat newly promoted Leicester 2-0. They caused a lot of problems late in the second half and had a goal disallowed.

Brightons goal was really late on and there was no way we was going to lose this game.

A poor performance against newly promoted QPR.

We made up for the 0-0 draw with them earlier on in the group as we dominate them at White Hart Lane.

All the goals came from the midfield in this game as we cruise past Burnley.

Two goals from main man Eriksen gave us a narrow win over Palace who were hard to break down.

Our first loss of the season as we fall in the hands of the Red Devils.

We had already qualified for the knockout rounds so I played a weakened side, it didn't matter though as BATE didn't threaten.

Soldado gets his first hat trick in a Tottenham shirt.

At the time Newcastle were second in the league so a decent point against them.

A great away win against a tough Everton side, Eriksen with the only goal.

Millwall proved to be a tough test for the squad in a game I thought that we would win comfortably.

A late 89th minute goal gave us a 1 goal advantage going into the 2nd leg and two important away goals.

A poor performance in all fairness and we should have probably lost this game but the luck was on our side.
