Bridlington Town get promoted for a 8th time in a row
::: A message from the manager of Bridlington Town and the man who is responsible for this great achievement supplied Sky Sports with this Statement:::
I am very Privileged to be at this club still after 8 Seasons. The backroom staff and the players old and new have made this all possible, I can no way take all the credit for this amazing achievement as everyone employed by the club has there own part to play in it. But i'd Like to thank the chairman Chris Jones for backing me up and believing in me. I just hope we can repeat this for many seasons to come. But we need to remain competent for the remainder of the season as we still have the league to win and also a cup final to play in.

Bridlington Town was today crowned League one champions. They did it in style winning by 15 pts. But skeptics are already saying that its too early for them to advance into the Championship due to lack of Squad Strength and clubs finances. Also Brid Town are looking to Find a new stadium as there current "QueensGate Stadium" only holds 3000 fans.

Board Plans and Expectations
::: Plans :::
The board are currently building new Training and Youth Facility's

::: Expectations :::

To avoid Relagation (Like every season)

::: Managers Word :::
Now although i would love to be able to go straight up to the premiership, But in reality i would love to spend a extra season in the championship to strengthen my squad and try get a new Stadium Built. The Finances of the club aint great but thats due to the fact of only 3000 capacity at our current stadium. So this season im going to focus on the finances (Hence not buying many players) Hopefully we can get the funds for one.

::: Managers Personal Aims :::
League: Mid-Table would do me fine, Like i said, "I'd love to stay in this league for 1 more year.
Cups: Im going for as much success as possible as the money earned is a massive income especially the FA Cup.
Finances: My main aim this season. We need to boost them up as much as possible!

Fantastic start to the season, A win against League Fav's is just what the doctor ordered. Club Captain Guillam Bauza scored a incredible Hat-Trick. We looked strong attacking and despite conceding 2 goals, we still looked strong at the back.

Going well so far mate.
Quick question, what tactic would you recommend for a team nearly propmoted to league 2 and predicted to finish 24th (Dover at the start of season 4).
Anyway good luck.

Depends really, If u have good wing backs then use Mr Houghs newest version i think. Our in my case i have 3 good CB so i use Mr Houghs older version with 3 at back.... Just take a look on FM Base tactic page and have a dabble...

Cheers mate

---------- Post added at 02:56 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:55 AM ----------

Cheers.
Could you post another screenie of the tactic you use, with 3 Cb's. Thanks

absolutely brilliant, keep it going.
tip - If you do get promotion, Dont spend a lot in the premiership and then probably you'll get relegated but this time you'll have more money to spend and a lot of knowledge of the big time.
p.s. I Dont want to sound cocky with the tip mate, just an option if you want follow my tip.
