Well this is a joint story that me and Man v.1 have decided to do. The Challenge is to win the champions league, yes win the champions league with french side PSG, we want to bring a new era of glory and push the lyons and bordauexs aside, there will be new ronaldinhos and okachas to entise the crowd soo keep reading and let us know what you think.. We have decided to load the following leagues, France, Germany, Italy, Spain. Were Using Traiths 10.3.1 databse. Our past experience is Automatic.

PSG : A Background

The French club was founded in 1970. They have a decent youth facility and trainging ground, there rivals are Marsielle and it is quite a fierce rivelry. in its 40 year history PSG's most successful era has to be the early ninetys were they won a total of 18 competition wins. Over the years they have produced stars of the quality of Anelka, Okacha And Ronaldinho and more recently Defender Sakho and Striker Erdinc.

PSG sign Cantona!!!!!!

Today the Psg Boardmembers have announced that they have a new manager in Eric Cantona the former Manchester United man has expressed his joy at becoming the new manager at PSG. He has also stated that there will be a few casualties on hsi way to rebuilding the current PSG squad as he wants to birng his own players in and make a real influnece in the French league that has been dominated by lyon for so many years. Cantona is pictured below entering the trainging ground to meet his players and staff
 
Coupet

Former Lyon and France keeper Coupet will be a key player this season **** be called upon regularly this season to win matches on his own and im confident in his ability to do this.
 
Sakho

The young defender will be key in defence he is a future prospect and he is really a rock in defence. Also a born leader as he is captain material.
 
Sessegnon

The attacking medfielder has brilliant dribling skills and will provide the team with some much needed fllair in an attacking medfield role.
 
Erdnic

And finally to finish the quartet of key players the turkish striker will be key, hopefully he can take his chances and become a key player this season.
 
Out With the Old in with The New

Today PSG have anounced the departure of veteran medfielder claude makelele. they have also annoucned the signing of two new strikers.Portguse Striker Helder Postiga from Sporting lisbon for a reported 3.5 million they have also managed to sign hot young ptospect Lacina Traore from Cluj for a reported 1.7 million.
 
Cantona Signs Andrade

Eric Cantona today has swooped to sign defender jorge andrade on a free transfer the portugese international is said to be delighted to join cantonas PSG revolution. Cantona has said that he is delighted to welcome the big centre back as he will provide some well needed cover
 
Cantona Goes Portguese Again

Cantona has signed carlos Martins on loan until the end of the season today as cantona targeted medfield as a key area for improvment.

As soon as Rossi took charge of the team, he made a total of 3 new signings. They are Mathias Jorgensen, Diego Buonanotte and Kiko Femenia respectively.

I Got Him

Today PSG manager Eric Cantona has announcedd that after two previous failed bids for diego buonanotte that led to him having to sign striker helder postiga instead that he has finally succeeded in signing the young argentinian who came highly recomended from friend Diego Maradona. The fee is rumoured to be around 1 million upfront. and the 3 million in monthly instalments.
 
As soon as Rossi completed with the 3 new signings, the PSG manager was still looking at a couple of more players and he managed to brought in Tony Hibbert and Achille Webo from Everton and Mallorca respectively on loan.

Pre-Season results


We won the friendly cup which is the first 2 fixtures and out of 5 friendly matches, we won 3, drew 1 and lost 1.
 
Psg Start with a bang

As Ligue 1 started Psg started the season running with four consecutive victories for new boss cantona. with new signings postiga and traore in the starting lineup the new manager was anxious with how his team would play together but the team ahve put those worries to rest with a great month.

Anyway, i read from another thread that Buonanotte will be unavailable after Jan 2010?
 
i wasnt able to play him until ammm 6th july 2010, im act at feb:L had the day off so ive just been playin and savin, no rush bdw, lost my pompey save, corupted file gna hafta try n figure out hw to get it back
 
good signings, shame about bounanotte, will be worth it when he gets back :)
 
and wait til u see whio i got in jan and whos signing next summer, big big names;)
