I've only played 2 league games so far and i'm only aiming for Europa league position this season. With the current squad, i doubt i can make it to the top four unless the board can provide me with more money, then probably yes. I can see that you're doing better than me Ciaran <)

Before the transfer window shut, PSG manager, Valentino Rossi managed to bring in a defender from Lazio, Guglielmo Stendardo, on loan as a backup to the first team.

Manager Valentino Rossi has brought in some good results especially against Marseille and Bordeaux as well as the thrashing of OGC Nice.

League Table as at 1 Jan 2010

Player Stats as at 1 Jan 2010

Mathias Jorgensen has been very solid for me at the back together with Sakho and veteran Claude Makelele has done very well too deserving a place in the first team despite his age.

As soon as the January transfer window was opened, PSG manager, Valentino Rossi didn't waste much time and he managed to capture 4 new signings to the club where 3 of the players were touted as prospects for the future. Departing from the club were Peguy Luyindula to Rubin Kazan and Mateja Kezman to Fiorentina who just came back on loan from Zenit. The 3 young prospects are Vaclav Kadlec, Aron Gunnarsson and Lacina Traore respectively.

The other new signing was 28 year old Malian international, Mahamadou Diarra from Real Madrid who was already out of favour.

Transfers

and last but not least january transfers well so far weve managed to snap up two hot youngsters in buanette and mathius jorgensen. weve also managed to sign artem mileyvski to bolster our strikeforce and could make a formidible partnership upfront with traore.Real madrid jicacked my soldado bid and got him for 12.5 mill. Weve managed to snap up Misimovic fron wolfsburg for around 3.5 million weve also managed to sign Rafael van der vaart for a reported 7.5 million

WTH Peguy Luyindula is currently the top scorer for Bordeaux in your game XD

He's not performing on my game that's why i sold him off..

I will be following this with interest as I am currently in my 6th season with a PSG game. I got to the final of the Champions' League last season and lost to Man City. However some things I have found:

- Sessegnon is awesome, I played him behind the front two and he was player of the season four years in a row. He is 31 now and has gone off the boil a bit so he is a regular sub.

- Yanick Boli is worth holding on to. He has never commanded a regular place, but is a great impact sub and tended to drop in with plenty of goals.

Thought i would also let you know some of the signings that I have made that may interest you:

- Dodo - left back who i threw into the team straight away and has been amazing ever since.
- Jack Rodwell - got him cheap from Everton and he is playing centre half for me now. Consistent and awesome.
- Edison Cavani - lost him to Man City in the end but he was great when he was here
- Otmendi - Excellent central defender
- Federico - Great centre forward - bough as a replacement for Cavani

I am pretty confident that I will win the champions league this year or next now. For the last four years I have scored the most and conceded the least in the league and am currently on an 8 game winning streak in all competitions without yet conceding a goal. This includes a 4-0 home win against Man Utd.

Good luck guys I have found PSG to be a great team to manage and so long as you adopt a long term view then the transfer funds roll in. I had a 80m budget this year and have a health £120m in the bank.

Jan Updates!

Thx for sharing that with us mate! Indeed, Sessegnon is a beast and score loads as well! Great to have someone following our story! (H)

Here comes my January updates:

Players Transfers

January Results

9 matches played, won 7 of them and lost the last 2 fixtures against Bordeaux in the quarter final of the Coupe de la Ligue and Lyon in Ligue 1.

Table as at end of January

Jan Results and table

2 clear at the top out of the ligue cup thanks to bordauex and majorly under achieved against lyon.

Interesting!

Well, on the 27th Feb 2010, PSG manager, Valentino Rossi got an offer from Deportivo La Coruna to be appointed as their new manager because Miguel Angel Lotina was sacked due to the club's poor position in the league which is 19th. To the delight of the PSG supporters, Rossi immediately decline the job offer as he wants to achieve some silverware with his current club before going anywhere else.

Feb & March Results

It was a very good 2 months for manager Valentino Rossi as his side won all their matches except for a single lost against RC Lens in a league match. PSG are through to the semi-final in the French Cup after beating G. Bordeaux 3-2 at the home. Now they will face Angers SCO in the semi-final which will be played at Parc De Princes again.

League Table as at end of March 2010

Sitting comfortable at the top of the table and 8 points ahead of 2nd place, Lyon.

April Results

Again we won all our matches except for a very disappointing defeat against Bordeaux at home. It was an evenly contested match but it was the away side who came out victorious.

Table Standings as of end of April

By looking at the current league table, PSG only need to win one of their last 3 games to be crown as league champions! Manager Valentino Rossi is very confident that his side will be able to lift the Ligue 1 throphy this season.

To my surprise and everyone as well, PSG has won the Ligue 1 without even having to play their last 3 matches! This was due to 2nd place Lyon losing their away match against Montpellier. Manager Valentino Rossi was truely delighted having achieved 2 titles in his first season in charge.

League Table

well in there mate nice results and good double, updates within the next hour;)

Feb-March

We done decently well in the league only losing one match, out at the qurtert final of the french cup thanks to salkho geting sent of on 30 minutes and dispite a mieyvski hatrick we lost on penalties. this month im reallly delighted with the re emergence of horaru the big strieker is really impressing me and whilst sessegnon has been out injured ive been able to play a 4 3 3 with him mileyvksi and postiga upfront which is really going to give me a big problem to choose a starting elleven now that sessegnon is back.
