british striker needed

hi everyone!
im working on british arsenal in my new game.so far i've bought some british players like a.young,n.clyne,j.rodwell,j.fleck and l.baines.but i still couldn't find a good enough british striker to fit into my team.im still using RvP and chamakh as my top strikers with simon *** and jay rodriguez as backup while walcott and young on the flanks.can anyone suggest me good british striker regardless of whether they are english,welsh,scottish or irish?

I would buy Kevin Doyle from Wolves (Ireland) for better back up than jay rodriguez.

For an English striker i would buy either Darren Bent from Sunderland or Wayne Rooney if you can afford him.

Connor Wickham, he maybe young but as a back up he has always played well for me, and he thrives it seems on first team experiance. In some cases he even kept some of my first team strikers out of the team for awhile.

Usually got him for about 3.8 mil too, so not too expensive for a great backup and prospect.

i also wonder bout him.he has good technical stat for a poacher but his mentality is still low.

On topic, well... I've got Delfouneso (someone else mentioned him), and he's my highest rated striker at the moment, he's averaging 7.06 and scoring quite a few goals... i think he's got a load of assists as well, so i highly recommend him

Sammon and Fletcher are SCOTTISH Not English

Connor Sammon is Irish and Fletcher was born in England but plays/ed for Scotland,not that it matters cos he asked for British strikers!

Fletcher good bet,Rooney if u have the money But Bobby Zamora is a good target man if u have lots of supporting midfielders and quick wingers?

John Fleck - Rangers is a similar type of player to Rooney, might be tricky to get him away from Ibrox though. He's got pretty good technical stats as far as I remember.
