I've tried to download the tactic but can't import it from the tactic folder, its like FM can't read it. If anyone can help would be good.

Really interested in your new 4-1-4-1, might give it a try with spurs, though my long term aim is to use something in a championship team. I tried creating my own 4-1-4-1 based on Bayerns game here,

Has been working pretty decent for me with aston villa, actually have the best defence in league after 21games conceding only 15, but am struggling to score & just wondering if anyone has tried a different role upfront. I have benteke & kozak and they struggle badly as tequartistas and r more suited to target men or maybe even CF. Have only really tinkered with changing roaming playmaker to a box to box which doesn't seem to change all that much.

in terms of OI's and training as such these really are personal preference, i use assistant manager sets OI's and teamwork as match prep.
