Was top with Manchester Utd then went thru a terrible run (like winless in 8). Used ur New style tactic with 10 games left, won it on the final day. Great job mate, I altered it abit coz I was leaking goals like crazy(prolly due to the bad run), took the left Cm and placed him as Anchorman, use the mark tighter instruction on both CBs and use offside trap. Seems to work well so far, now going to start 2nd season.
Cheers, ur tactic helped me in FM14, seems the same in FM 15!

do u always use player instructions or only teaminstructions= and if u do use player instructions do u want to keep it as little instructions as possible or doesnt matter to you=

and how do u go to work when u start a new game= can you and do you want to explain to me how you do that= its somehting i always struggle with.. i could use someone else his help. you are free to pm, your help is really appreciated.

Not been on for a while mate, think I will wait until 1st patch comes out before buying, you know what it's like;)
 
Gonna try this with York,last years was a cracker of a tactic hopefully this will be the same.
 
I'm hoping for another patch on release. There is still alot of issues. Its not unplayable by any stretch of the imagination

I'm using the new style one atm mate. its the most consistent for me atm, Ill run through with them all after the full release and see which one im gonna work on first.

Actually I've been switching between the 2 you provided.
I'm accomplished in both but sometimes for no reason, one of the tactics just doesn't work against an oponent. I normally reload a 2nd save just for testing purposes and against Leicester I could never win in 4 games (reloading) with your newest tactic despite always the chances being a massacre.

The game that was most "balanced" I had 22-8 and they had 11-2 and they won by 1-0. I'm feeling (might be after latest patch) that players are missing lots of stupid chances (I read it's for balance so we don't get crazy results but it still feels cheap) and I can't never score on a breakaway, ever.

Also and this is more on the role itself I'm finding the lone strikers of both tactics are shooting from stupid positions (very far from goal) and the wingers tend to shoot from unbelievably crazy angles.

Is this an engine problem , can you fix it, or is it intended?

Accomplished isnt really good enough mate. You need the tactic to be fully fluid and you need to give your team extra time to get used to it.

The match engine is still a bit funky in the goalkeeping, sometimes keepers will throw away cheap goals not reacting to rebounds etc. I'm sure they're will be further updates in the first week or so of the release to get things smoothed out.

I'm not convinced the shooting is a tactic issue. I dont see it in my game. I wont be doing any tweaking of tactics till after full release.
 
That's not what I meant, sorry if It came across like that :P

I didn't mean to ask for you to change it, I was just asking if you were having the same issues. Of course I have crazy Mario up front (Sturridge got a 3 month injury) so it might be why I'm witnessing it. I even tried to train him not to shoot from far but he didn't learn it.

I'm 1st with Liverpool still in the EURO cup (got handed a though group with Bayern, Juventus and BATE) but sometimes it doesn't make much sense. It still looks as if the problem with running too many matches in a row with the same tactic still persists in this version (maybe it really does :W).
 
2nd in League 1 with Gillingham and I'm not even up to accomplished with this yet... Hope this continues to work with the full version of the game.

Fantastic tactic, although does anyone else find that you have to come back in a lot of games??
 
The biggest issue I am having is players moaning about the heavy training work load. I think I have **** coaches as every coach seems to be covering 2 areas and stars are down to 3 with average at the bottom.
 
awesome tactic....I´ve tried just about all tactics here on the forum,and fell across your "new style" tactic....I had ok results,but no consistency in my games,plugged in yours (Celtic game on my fixture list),and my team hasn´t looked back since...even kicked B.Munich a** 5-0 in the cl group stage...I tend to put in on Control,wich seems to work a little better for my team. imgur: the simple image sharer
