Hi guys I would like to introduce a new generation of tactics style that focuses on 2 types of tactics.

Now before I start this ain't one of those win every game tactics ( or maybe it is ) and it's not one of those score over 200 goals a season or an set piece exploit type tactics.

This tactic is a balance base tactic with solid defence, Control of midfield, and good scoring opportunities from the strikers.

View attachment 293395 This tactic is the main tactic that must be used at all times regardless of the opponents, if you look at the structure all 4 midfielder's have Auto on there roles, this is very important to the tactic because mixes up the style of play and not opponents can handle this.

View attachment 293392 This is the second tactic that must be used if the opponents seem to be to have a better advantage against you, as you see the roles are the same but the Mentality and team shape are different and so are the players instructions and team instructions.

For these 2 tactics to work you must have them both fully fluid, this is important.

Set pieces are on default and any player in this version can take it, if you have have good set pieces then implement it into this tactic to score more goals, also left/right foot doesn't matter in this set piece.

NO OI's

Follow players by there roles, if you have good wingers work on there tackling.

Pre-season training - Tactic or Balance on high and Tactics all the way to the left

Season Training - Balance - medium.......... Attacking movement at all times regardless of the opponents.

HERE'S SOME SS

View attachment 293390 7 games - 15 goals - 1 conceded in Premier league and with Newcastle

View attachment 293389 ....... but watch out though View attachment 293388 :(

Every game Iv'e been far more superior even against the bigger teams

View attachment 293380 Wonder how long this will go on :)

Glad to see u back, master.
I'll try with a BBVA team |)

"if you look at the structure all 4 midfielder's have Auto on there roles"

You may as well change all the auto mentalities to attack (and on the counter tactic to support). It'll probably mean less confusion as to what kind of players people need there, and won't effect how the tactic plays in the slightest.

Very original idea my fellow toon fan...I like it :)

can i ask what sort of style of play this tactic is? Attractive? Direct? Judging by the SS, it looks like a possession based tactic.

the point for the 4 mids being on Auto is to keep the AI on there toes, all 4 offer 3 phases ( attack, control and defence ) in every game. having say the wingers on attack the AI will recognise this as they do with every tactic come forward and also with attack duty it could lead the wingers being expose on the flanks and they won't track back.

this is why I say follow the roles on the tactics for all players, it can be any type of player in the flat 4 mids but work on the highlighted roles ( passing, tackling, first touch etc,etc )

Pretty solid tactics, going 8th on half season, predicted last. Super weak team, i returned all loans and play with the kids of 'b' team. Andone is on beast mode...
Good work, mate.

that's superb results mate well done, I haven't had the chance to test it with weaker teams but I guess this tactic is made for all sizes considering there's no major roles involved like Playmaker, Ball winner etc,etc

Alreet mate, it's more of a mix style mate with possession, attacking and superb passing and as yourself must know Newcastle don't have major qualities for this style but it's working wonders for me, Gouffran and Cabella on right mid and Aarons and Sammy on left mid have been superb.

for Individual training just highlight the roles and work on the weakest and go from there ( wingers mainly tackling since they are very low )

I don't think you understand how it works. Auto isn't some new duty, it simply selects the duty depending on the team mentality. On your first players, you have all your midfielders and fullbacks on attack. On the second, all your midfielders are on support.

I fully understand mate and I know the Auto isn't some duty but it's a role none the less and I have utilize this to make the players better at all 3 phases, if you have tried the tactics you will see what I'm talking about.

( Don't judge a book by it's cover )

No worries, just sounded weird when you said "all 4 offer 3 phases ( attack, control and defence )" as they only offer the attacking duty. If you changed all of them to attack duty, it would play the exact same way as if they were on automatic.

Oh yes haha, whereabouts would you play De Jong? I'm assuming DLF/S?
defo gonna try this with my newcastle save.

bit off topic, but, who do you want as head coach in the summer?

SDJ was injured so I haven't had the chance to play him but in the friendly's I had him as DLF support and he was affective.

About the head coach I would of loved FDB as would 99% of toon fans but that's out of the window :( but I wouldn't mind Gaiter since he's more like a French FDB ( same style and can develop youths into first team ) I hear a lot of people suggestion Remi Garde but I don't know his style or how he develops players, what he did at Lyon was superb but this is the Premier League.

I have a funny feeling if Garde did take over Carver I think he will buckle under pressure in a matter of months, so it could be tough for any head coach to come through, but if the cockney dogs keep Carver on for full time I believe Newcastle will go down next season and a lot of our star players would want to leave ( which I don't blame them for wanting to leave )

who would you have as head coach?

they don't only offer attacking duty, that's the basic of this tactic as to why it's different from other tactics, I understand what your saying about with the mentality and with the players on Auto would go by that attacking mentality but with the team instruction and player instruction they do offer the 3 phases I have mentioned.

P.S Iv'e actually had all 4 flat mids on attack and support and it massively effected the team style in a lot of ways ( bad ways )

Placebo, since the 4 midfielders are on attacking duty in the first tactic ;) Anyway, results look good!

Mate, Crane is right. The "auto" duty only matches the players to your team mentality. If you are on an attacking team mentality, then they will be 100% identical to having them on "attack"

Looks like you have created a really good tactic though.

again this is why I stated this is something different from other tactics and this keeps the AI on it's toes, just because the Mentality is on attack don't assume the players are also on attack.

try the tactic out and you will see for yourself how the players work, look at the SS these alone show it's not a full on attacking tactic but a more control, possession tactic, I mean 7 games in 15 goals scored and 1 conceded in the PL? now to me this ain't an all out attacking system because I would of conceded a **** of a lot more.
