added the new premier league sqaurd registration rule
fixed where championship fixtures where played at the end of may and playoffs played in june
big clubs eg chelsea man utd liverpool will now build for the future
i will post new screenshots of new pictures of players from background pack

you carnt change the start date its hardcoded in to game
